| Endophytic fungi are parasitic on plant tissues or organs.They are not only wide ly distributed in seed plants,bryophytes and ferns,but also can produce novel and go od active ingredients.This not only makes them an important microbial resource,but also provides an effective way to discover lead compounds.In this study,the secondary metabolites(the extraction of ethyl acetate)of two e ndophytic funguses of Coptis chinensis Franch.were systematically studied by various separation and purification methods,including silica-gel,TLC,MPLC,gel permeation and HPLC column chromatography.Seventy compounds were isolated.The structures of these compounds were determined by HR-ESI-MS,optical rotation,CD,UV,IR,NMR and computational chemistry.These compounds included four new compounds a nd sixty-six known compounds.Their types include diterpenes,steroids,macrolides,al kaloids,amides,fatty acids and fatty acid esters,simple aromatics,coumarins and isocoumarins,organic acids,lactones,etc.Chaetomium globosum HL096 was isolated and identified from Coptis chinensis F ranch..Twenty-eight compounds were isolated from its secondary metabolites(the extr action of ethyl acetate),including a new steroid(1)and twenty-seven known compoun ds.They included two diterpenes(2-3),five steroids(4-8),three coumarins and iso-co umarins(10-12),nine simple aromatics(13-21),two organic acids(22-23),five fatty a cids and fatty acid esters(24-28)and one other compound(9).Albifimbria viridis was isolated and identified from Coptis chinensis Franch..Twe nty-four compounds were isolated from its secondary metabolites(the extraction of eth yl acetate),including two new(29-30)alkaloids,one new macrolide(31)and twenty-t wo known compounds.They included fifteen macrolides(32-46),three simple aromati cs(47-49),two amides(50-51),one fatty acid(52)and one lactone(53).Seventeen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate part of the bark of Sc hisandra glaucescens Diels.They included two neolignans(54-55),two dibenzylbutane s lignans(56-57),one diarylbutyrolactones lignan(58),one opening ring lignan(59),four tetrahydrofurans lignans(60-63),one ditetrahydrofurans lignan(64),one benzofura ns lignan(65),one sesquilignan(66),two biphenylcyclooctene lignans(67-68),one gl ycoside(69)and one flavonoid(70). |
