| This paper consists of three chapters.The first chapter is the chemical constituents and biological activities of Callicarpa arborea;the second part is the chemical constituents and biological activities of Vitex negundo L.;the third chapter reviews the research progress of anti-inflammatory and inflammation related diseases of diterpenes at home and abroad in 2019.The purpose of this paper is to isolate and identify the chemical constituents of C.arborea and V.negundo L.by the means of modern separation techniques,such as silica gel column chromatography(CC),reverse phase silica gel column chromatography(RP-18),Sephadex LH-20,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),NMR,HRESIMS,X-ray single-crystal diffraction analyses and so on.In the first chapter,the chemical constituents of C.arborea was discussed.As a plant of the genus Callicarpa in Lamiaceae,according to the literature,the powder of C.arborea is often used for hemostasis of trauma,and also for the treatment of epistaxis,gastrointestinal bleeding or uterine bleeding.There is no systematic research on the chemical components and biological activities of C.arborea,so we select them for further research for novel constituents and active compounds.In this part,we mainly studied the chemical constituents of 80%Aacetone/H2O solution extracts from the aerial parts of C.arborea.36 compounds(31 were new ent-clerodane diterpenes)were isolated and identified,including 22 diterpenes with 6/6 ring skeletons and 18diterpenes with 5/6 ring skeletons.In the second chapter,the chemical constituents of the stem and leaf of V.negundo L.was discussed.Its stems and leaves can treat dysentery;the seeds have the functions of cooling,analgesia and sedation;the roots can drive away insects;the flowers and branches and leaves can be used to extract aromatic oil.In this part,the chemical constituents of 90%Me OH/H2O solution extracts from the stems and leaves of V.negundo L.were studied,and 28 compounds,including 14 new halimane diterpenes,2new clerodane diterpenes along with 8 know compounds whiche were composed of sesquiterpenoids,triterpenoids,flavonoids and alkaloids were isolated and identified.A total of 64 compounds were purified from the acrial part of C.arborea and the stems and leaves of V.negundo L.by various techniques of phytochemistry,including48 new compounds,which provide abundant molecules for further activity research in the future.It is of guiding significance for the research of other plants of the same genus.The third chapter reviews the research progress of anti-inflammatory and inflammatory related diseases of diterpenoids at home and abroad in 2019.There are many kinds of diterpenoids involved,including dicyclic diterpenoids,tricyclic diterpenoids,tetracyclic diterpenoids and macrocyclic diterpenoids.This paper summarizes the research on the inflammation of diterpenoids in the past year,which provides a reference for the research on the inflammation of diterpenoids in the future. |
