| With the increasing incidence rate,cancer has become the second biggest killer of children,seriously threatening the health and quality of life of children.Lumbar puncture is a common examination method in the diagnosis and treatment of children’s cancer,but it is also an invasive operation,which will bring strong physical pain and psychological fear to the child,reduce the child’s compliance,and thus make the implementation of medical operations Obstruction,affect the treatment effect.Compared with drug sedation,using social work methods to improve the compliance of the children’s lumbar puncture is more conducive to the children’s physical and mental health and long-term development.In this study,we first conducted an investigation in the oncology department of K Hospital to understand the performance of the child’s lumbar puncture compliance,and combined with the planned action theory to analyze the factors that affect the child’s compliance.On this basis,based on the theory of behavior therapy and the theory of superior perspective,the author starts from the three dimensions of information provision,emotional support and confidence building,and carries out social work services to improve the compliance of lumbar puncture in children with cancer.Before the puncture,from the information support level,help the child understand the information and knowledge of lumbar puncture,and establish a correct and sufficient understanding of the puncture;from the emotional support level,help the child and his caregiver understand the impact of emotion on behavior,and assist Children express and sort out their emotions,transform negative emotions into positive directions,and at the same time strengthen parents’ emotional support for children;from the level of self-realization,help children find their own resources and advantages,and normalize these advantages To learn the strength and courage to face difficulties and improve the self-efficacy of children.After the puncture,help the children to relax their emotions and strengthen their compliance through relaxation training,active reinforcement,and recreational services.Through a case study,the author found that the compliance of the child’s lumbar puncture has been significantly improved,and social work service intervention has a good effect.Finally,the author reflects on the advantages and limitations of social work interventions for compliance with lumbar puncture in children with tumors,and puts forward suggestions for medical social work to carry out the same type of service in the future,providing reference for future social work service practice. |
