Alzheimer’s disease is a common disease of the elderly, which seriously affects the quality of life of the elderly. In order to quantitatively analyze the relationship between Alzheimer’s disease and brain regions, many statistical and machine learning methods have been widely proposed. However, these methods do not take into account the internal connections between brain regions, nor do they take into account existing a priori information. In order to solve these problems, based on the tracking observation data of 18 subjects for 4 years. The structural equation model in statistics was used to study the relationship between age and Alzheimer’s disease and brain regions from the perspective of frequency school and Bayesian school.inner relationship. The main research contents of this article include:1.Based on 4 years of functional magnetic resonance imaging(referred to as fMRI)data of 18 subjects, the structural equation model was used to study the left hippocampus, left entorhinal cortex, left middle temporal gyrus, left posterior cingulate gyrus, and right The complex network relationship of hippocampus, right entorhinal cortex, right temporal gyrus and other regions found that: in the left cerebral region, the left temporal middle gyrus affects other regions, while in the right brain region, the right hippocampus affects other regions; In the network connection of the left and right brain regions, the right brain region is continuously connected between 4 stages;2.The Bayesian structural equation model was used to discuss the relationship between the left and right hemispheres of early mild cognitive impairment(EMCI)subjects affected by various regions of the brain, the regions with greater influence, and which regions continue to play their role in other stages The effect and the regulatory effect of age on the affected area, the study found that: detailed visual understanding of the activation of the brain area also shows. These studies found that the expansion of functional MRI activation in the context of the affected brain area laid the foundation for the subsequent understanding of the internal connection between the two hemispheres of the brain under functional MRI voxel data.
