Effect Of Eucommia Ulmoldes Lumbago Pill On Lumbar Disc Herniation And Its Relaed Mechanism

Objective: To investigate the effects of eucommia ulmoides Lumbago pills and sodium biclofenac sustained-release tablets on inflammatory cytokines il-1(IL-1),il-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-A)and nuclear factor-κB in peripheral blood of Lubar disc herniation(LDH)patients before and after treatment and the efficacy of low back pain symptoms.Furthermore,it provides objective clinical basis for the clinical treatment of LDH patients with low back pain and other symptoms,and provides reference for the prevention and treatment of LDH with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: After obtaining the informed consent of the patients,80 LDH patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The treatment group was given eucommia ulmoides Lumbago pill,while the control group was given diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets.Patients in both groups were treated for two weeks.JOA scale and VAS score were used to evaluate the efficacy before and after treatment.Serum levels of interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-A),and NF-κB were measured by elisa before and after treatment.The results were statistically analyzed by SPSS.Results:1.VAS scores of the treatment group and the control group before treatment were statistically analyzed and Z=-0.122,P=0.911>0.05 showed no statistical significance and was comparable.After 2 weeks of treatment,VAS score decreased in both treatment group and control group,showing statistical difference Z=-2.218,P=0.033<0.05,indicating that eucommia ulmoides Lumbago pill can reduce the VAS score value of patients and improve the symptoms of low back pain.2.Before treatment,the JOA scores of the treatment group and the control group were statistically analyzed,and then T=0.168,P=0.867>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference indicating comparability.After 2 weeks of treatment,there were statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the increase of JOA score,T=-2.591,P=0.011<0.05,indicating that eucommia ulmoides Lumbago pill can improve the JOA score of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.3.The inflammatory cytokines(IL-1,TNF-A,IL-10,NF-κB)in the treatment groupand the control group before treatment showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).Aftertreatment,inflammatory factors(IL-1,TNF-A,NF-κB)decreased and IL-10 increasedbetween the treatment group and the control group,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05),Eucommia lumbago pill can regulate related inflammatory factors.Conclusion:1.Eucommia ulmoides Lumbago pills and diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets are effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.2.After detection of serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment,it was found that LBP upregulated IL-10 and down-regulated il-1,TNF-A and NF-κB expressions,indicating that LBP can reduce abnormal inflammatory response in patients with lumbar disc herniation.3.Eucommia lumbago pills can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation and improve the quality of life.
