Research On Optimization Of Internal Control System Of Z Hospital Guided By Comprehensive Risk Management

With the rapid development of economy and society and the change of life concept,hospitals have to improve the requirements of internal control methods and effects.Strengthening internal control to ensure the smooth development of various businesses of the hospital is the basic condition for optimizing and adjusting the internal organizational framework of the hospital,is also an important way to achieve the strategic objectives of the hospital’s development,and also improves the hospital’s ability to identify,analyze and avoid the potential risks in its internal and external environment.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish and improve the internal control system based on risk management to promote the long-term stable development of public hospitals.Based on the research on the optimization of the internal control system of Z Hospital Guided by comprehensive risk management,this paper reviews the relevant theories of hospital risk management and internal control,integrates risk management and internal control,analyzes the problems existing in the internal control of Z hospital through questionnaire,and deeply analyzes the internal risk points of the hospital On this basis,the internal control system based on risk management is established.This paper consists of five parts: the first part is the theoretical research,which introduces the theoretical knowledge of comprehensive risk management and internal control in detail.The second part is the practical investigation,using the method of questionnaire,from the five elements of internal control to analyze the problems and causes of internal control system in Z hospital.The third part is the core content of this paper,in-depth analysis of the risk points and risk response strategies existing in the hospital at this stage,strengthen the construction of internal control system for the identified risk points,and comprehensively optimize the internal control system of the hospital.The fourth part is the inspiration of the study,and puts forward reasonable suggestions to improve the effectiveness of hospital risk system.The fifth part is the conclusion,deficiency and Prospect of the paper.Internal control mechanism is an important means of hospital self-examination and self-development,as well as the main way for hospital to identify and avoid various risks.This paper comprehensively analyzes the operation of the internal control mechanism of the hospital,analyzes the methods and measures to speed up the construction of internal control based on the current situation of the construction of the hospital risk system,and provides more valuable informationfor the hospital to further adjust the direction and objectives of internal control.
