Objective:By observing the imaging findings of the acute stage of cerebral infarction and the characteristics of different syndromes in imaging, this paper explores the correlation between imaging features and TCM syndromes of apoplexy, and lays a foundation for finding the objective basis of syndrome differentiation and diagnosis of apoplexy. Methods:From December 2017 to September 2019,80 patients with new cerebral infarction who were treated in the department of encephalopathy of Weifang city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were continuously selected to collect the Brain Imaging, general data, risk factors, smoking and drinking.1 focus was divided into single group,≥2 focus were divided into multiple groups, and the correlation between focus type and TCM syndrome elements was observed in the two groups.statistical analysis applied SPSS22.0 software to chi-square test,Fisher precision test, independent sample size T test, etc.correlation analysis applied regression analysis,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.Among the TCM syndromes ofmiddle wind disease, phlegm syndrome was the most common, accounting for 39%,followed by fire syndrome and yin deficiency syndrome accounted for 21%,qi deficiency syndrome accounted for 15%,and stasis syndrome accounted for at least 4%.2.Acute cerebral infarction has the highest number of cases located in the posterior circulation area, followed by the anterior circulation cortical area, basal ganglia area and radiation crown area.3,Relationship between the location of acute cerebral infarction and syndromes elements:the distribution of TCM syndromes elements located in the anterior and posterior circulation areas was different, and the difference between them was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The distribution of acute cerebral infarction foci, the single lesion accounted for 36 cases(45%),the multiple lesion accounted for 44 cases(55%),and the multiple lesion was a common type of acute cerebral infarction.5.There was no significant difference in age, sex, height, weight, hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease,Cerebrovascular disease, hyperhomocysteinemia, smoking, dyslipidemia, uric acid, urea, creatinine levels between the two groups(P>0.1).There was no significant difference in a.lcohol history between the two groups(P<0.1).There were significant differences in the distribution of syndrome elements of phlegm syndrome,qi deficiency syndrome and yin deficiency syndrome between patients in single and multiple groups(P<0.1).The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the syndrome element of qi deficiency was correlated with multiple lesions(P<0.05,ORP>6.111).Conclusions:1.There is a certain correlation between the focal site and the syndrome elements of acute cerebral infarction, among which the patient’ s responsibility focus with qi deficiency and yin deficiency syndrome elements usually occurs in the anterior circulation cortical area.2.There is a certain correlation between the focus types of acute cerebral infarction and the syndrome elements in Compared with the patients with cerebral infarction without qi deficiency, the patients with cerebral infarction with qi deficiency as the syndrome element are more prone to frequent lesions on craniocerebral MRI.
