Analysis Of The Curative Effect Of TCM Fumigating And Washing Combined With Miniplate In The Treatment Of Small Head Fracture Of Radius(Mason Ⅱ Type)

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of fumigating and washing with traditional Chinese medicine combined with mini plate in the treatment of small head fracture of radius(Mason Ⅱ)for early functional exercise,and to provide real and reliable clinical data and data support.Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on 60 cases of small head radius fracture(Mason Ⅱ type)collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2017 to July 2019.These patients were randomly divided into two groups(control group and treatment group).In the treatment,the control group was given micro steel plate combined with conventional elbow joint function exercise;the treatment group was given micro steel plate combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription Huoxue Tongbi powder fumigation and washing and routine elbow joint function exercise.X-ray was reexamined regularly to evaluate fracture healing;questionnaire and related physical examination were conducted to evaluate elbow joint function and activity,and SPSS statistical software was used to analyze case data.Results: In terms of fracture healing time,detumescence rate,VAS pain score and modified Broberg and Morrey scores,there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.05),with statistical significance;compared with the excellent rate of the control group and the treatment group,there was significant difference between the two groups,and the excellent rate of the treatment group was higher,with statistical significance,The treatment group is better than the control group in alleviating postoperative pain and swelling,and recovering postoperative elbow joint function.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine fumigating and washing combined with mini plate(treatment group)is more effective than conventional(control group)in the treatment of radial small head fracture(Mason Ⅱ type),which can help patients to perform early functional exercise.The short-term effect is good,and the long-term effect needs further study.At the same time,due to the simple operation and high safety of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,it is easy to be accepted by patients,which is worthy of application and promotion in early functional exercise after orthopedic surgery.
