Objective:To observe the clinical effect and the change of serum interleukin-37(IL-37)level in pat ient s with cold asthma in acute attack stage treated by sequential therapy of classical prescription,to explore the mechanism of therapeutic effect of sequential therapy of sequential therapy of classical prescription,to further reflect the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of asthma, and to provide a new direction for the clinical treatment of asthma in the future.Methods:90 cases meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into Chinese medicine groupl(sequential therapy of classical prescription+conventional western medicine therapy),Chinese medicine group2(Shegan Mahuang Decoct ion+conventional western medicine t herapy),control group(conventional western medicine therapy),30 cases in each group. The course of treatment.was 14 days. The clinical offect of Western medicine,TCM syndrome effect, lung function, act score and IL-37 level of the three groups were observed before and after treatment And make statistical analysis.Results:1.Clinical efficacy:The data of the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)in the clinical efficacy of Western medicine and TCM syndromes. In terms of clinical efficacy,TCM group 1 was superior to TCM group 2,and TCM group 2 was superior to the control group.2.Pulmonary function:The improvement rates of FEV1,FFV1/FVC%and FEV1 in the three groups were improved after treatment, and the data before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared among the three groups, the improvement of FEV1 and FEV1 improvement rates in the Chinese medicine group 1 was comparable to that in the Chinese medicine group 2(P>0.05),and both groups were superior to the control group(P<0.05).In terms of FEV1/FVC%improvement,the Chinese medicine group 1 was superior to the Chinese medicine group 1.The two groups were better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Act score:The ACT scores of the three groups were improved after treatment, and the difference between the data before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared among the three groups, group 1 of traditional Chinese medicine was superior to group 2 of traditional Chinese medicine and control group, and group 2 of traditional Chinese medicine was superior to control group(P<0.05).4.IL-37 level:Serum IL-37 levels in the three groups increased after treatment, and the data before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared among the three groups, group 1 of traditional Chinese medicine was superior to group 2 of traditional Chinese medicine and control group, and group 2 of traditional Chinese medicine was superior to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sequential therapy of classical prescription is superior to Shegan Mahuang Decoction and conventional western medicine in the clinical efficacy of patients with cold asthma. The effect was superior to the other two gr oups in terms of IL-37,ACT score and FEV1/FVC%level.There was no significant difference in the improvement rate of FEV1 and FEV1 between the treatment with Shegan Mahuang Decoction and the control group, but both were superior to the control group.
