Objective:In this study, shengmai powder was selected to intervene in the treatment of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis patients with acute coronary syndrome after coronary stenting, and its clinical efficacy and safety were explored by comparing the changes of various indicators before and after treatment,so as to provide a basis for clinical treatment. Methods:Eighty patients with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis acute coronary syndrome who visited the second department of cardiology, affiliated hospital of shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine from July 2018 to December 2019 and underwent coronary interventional therapy were selected 40 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.Patients in the experimental group were given shengmai powder on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment. The clinical observation period was 3 months. The scores of Seattle Angina Scale(SAQ),TCM Syndrome Score scale,LOW-density lipoprotein and hypersensitive C-reactive protein were compared before and after treatment, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results:A total of 80 patients were included in this study, and 38 patients in the experimental group and 39 patients in the control group were finally enrolled due to reasons such as failure to take drugs and loss of follow-up.At the end of the 3-month clinical observation period, the five scores of the Seattle angina pectoris scale(SAQ)in both groups increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total score of TCM syndrome scale and the scores of each symptom(chest pain, chest tightness, shortness of breath, mental fatigue,self-perspiration,etc.)of patients in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the LDL level in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference in efficacy between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In this study, shengmai powder combined with western medicine was used to treat patients with acute coronary syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis after PCI,which not only significantly improved their clinical symptoms, improved their body function, improved their activity endurance and quality of life, but also had no adverse reactions. It was safe and effective in clinical use and worthy of being popularized.
