Clinical Observation Of Huoxue Jianpi Qushi Decoction In Treating Non-traumatic Femoral Head Necrosis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Jianpi Qushi Decoction in the treatment of non-traumatic femoral head necrosis of phlegm and blood stasis,and to explore the mechanism of this traditional Chinese medicine method in the treatment of femoral head necrosis.Ideas and methods.Methods:Based on the principle of completely randomized control,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria from January 2018 to December 2019 in the Department of Joint Orthopaedics of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,each group of 30 example.The control group was given Henggu bone injury healing agent,and the treatment group was given Huoxue Jianpi Qushi Decoction.One month as a course of treatment,a total of 6 courses of treatment.The VAS score,Harris hip function score,X-ray performance,MRI bone marrow edema and joint effusion before and after treatment were observed in the two groups of patients,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There were 3 cases of shedding during the treatment,including 2 in the control group and 1 in the treatment group.A total of 57 cases(82 hips)were actually observed,of which 28 were in the control group(40 hips)and 29 were in the treatment group(42 hips).1.In terms of VAS score and Harris functional score,comparison within the group:after 3 months and 6 months of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups:At 3 months of treatment,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);at 6 months of treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.By comparing the X-ray performance,the stability rate in the control group was 77.50%and the stability rate in the treatment group was 83.33%,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.In terms of bone marrow edema,the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.48%.Compared with the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.4.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients after joint effusion treatment and before treatment,P<0.05.The distribution of joint effusion between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Jianpi Qushi Decoction has no obvious advantages over Henggu bone wound healing agent in repairing bone and delaying the collapse of femoral head,but it can obviously improve the clinical symptoms such as pain of femoral head necrosis,hip joint dysfunction,etc.Reduce joint effusion,the short-term clinical effect is satisfactory.The traditional Chinese medicine has obvious characteristics and obvious curative effect,and it is a safe and effective method for treating early and middle stage femoral head necrosis.
