Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the gastrointestinal function recovery after gynecological laparoscopy in patients with spleen-stomach Yang deficiency syndrome treated with jiangnisan acupoint application.Methods:90 patients with spleen-stomach Yang deficiency syndrome who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery were selected to be included in the experiment. Two groups are undergoing endotracheal intubation anesthesia and to accept conventional nursing, operation method of selecting acupoints, two groups of patients treatment both in 1.5~2.5h,dayl 9am,day2 9am after surgery, respectively once a time, the treatment group were applied Jiangnisan acupoint application, the control group were applied placebo acupoint application the chosen acupoints with all patients arc bilateral Sanyinjiao and Shangjuxu points.Postoperative abdominal pain degree scores were recorded at 6h,24h and 48h;Postoperative abdominal distension degree scores were recorded at 6h,24h and 48h after the operation;Postoperative nausea and vomiting occurred 0~6h,6~24h and 24~48h and their degrees were recorded respectively. The time of the first postoperative exhaust and defecation in the two groups was recorded.Statistical analysis was used to evaluate the efficacy and record the adverse reactionsResults:(1)General data comparison. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in age,BMI,anesthesia time, intraoperative infusion,ASA classification and weather using Patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(P>0.05)(2)There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in abdominal pain scores at 6h,24h,48h after surgery(P>0.05).(3)The abdominal distension degree scores of the treatment group was lower than the control group at 6h,24h,48h after surgery. The difference of abdominal distension degree scores between the two groups at 6h,24h,48h after surgery was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the degree of abdominal distension in the treatment group was significantly reduced.(4)The degree scores of postoperative nausea and vomiting in the treatment group was lower than the control group at 0~6h after surgery, showing no statistical significance(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting was 26.7%in the treatment group and 42.2%in the control group, showing no statistical significance(P>0.05)at 0-6h after surgery. The incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting was 17.8%in the treatment group and 24.4%in the control group at 0~6h after surgery, showing no statistical significance(P>0.05).There is no postoperative nausea and vomiting occurred between 24-48h after surgery in both groups.(5)The average time of the first postoperative exhaust and defecation in the treatment group was shorter than the control group, and the difference between the two groups of postoperative exhaust and defecation was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the treatment group promoted the patient’s first postoperative exhaust and defecation.Conclusion:(1)Jiangnisan acupoint application can relieve abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopy in patients with spleen-yang deficiency syndrome, accelerate the postoperative exhaustion and defecation, has no significant effect on preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting, alleviating nausea and vomiting symptoms, and have very little improvement on abdominal pain.(2)Jiangnisan acupoint application used in recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with spleen-stomach Yang deficiency syndrome after gynecological laparoscopic surgery is accurate and safe.It can be further studied and popularized in patients with spleen-stomach Yang deficiency syndrome after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
