Objective:To retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive tarsal sinus incision internal fixation combined with oral administration of Huoxue Jiegu Decoction in the treatment of Sanders type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ calcaneal fractures,to explore its effectiveness and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Methods:To review and sort out the cases of Sanders type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ calcaneal fracture patients admitted from April 2018 to February 2019 in the Department of Orthopedics,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and divided them into experimental groups(minus invasive tarsal sinus surgery combined with Huoxue Jiegu Decoction))And the control group(minimally invasive surgery for tarsal sinus incision),30 people in each group.Observe and compare the VAS pain score and Maryland foot function score before and after the operation of the two groups of patients.Follow up the time of bone callus formation and fracture healing time of the two groups of patients. Results:The follow-up period was 9-12 months, and the fractures healed well. There were no cases of delayed fracture healing,non-union and osteomyelitis.1.The gender, age, case classification, and cause of injury of the two groups have been tested by statistical analysis,P>0.05,which is not statistically significant.2.Comparison of the pain scores of VAS between the two groups. Before the operation, the two groups of data test P>0.05,which was not statistically significant. The pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 1,2,and 4 weeks after operation, and the P<0.05,which was statistically significant.3.The Maryland foot function score of two groups of patients before operation was tested with P>0.05,which was not statistically significant.Post-operative experimental group added Huoxue Jiegu Decoction orally on the basis of normal treatment. The Maryland foot function scores of the two groups of patients were evaluated at different time points. The observation group scores were significantly better than the control group at 1,3,and 6 months after surgery, the test P<0.05,which was statistically significant.4.Two groups of patients were statistically analyzed for the occurrence time of bone callus and fracture healing time. The time of occurrence of callus callus and fracture healing time in the experimental group were both less than those in the control group. Conclusion:The use of minimally invasive internal fixation of tarsal sinus incision combined with oral administration of Huoxue Jiegu Decoction for the treatment of Sanders type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ calcaneal fractures can better relieve patients’ pain, accelerate the recovery of patients’ foot function, and promote the growth of bone callus and fracture healing,is an effective treatment.
