Clinical Study Of Yuyang Zhitong Recipe In Treating Peptic Ulcer(Liver-Stomach Disharmony)

Objective:By observing the clinical manifestations of peptic ulcer of liver and stomach discomfort,the treatment of Yuyang Zhitong Recipe and observation of its curative effect provide a strong basis for the treatment of peptic ulcer in Chinese medicine.Methods:The selected patients were from January 2019 to January 2020The patients were outpatients and inpatients in the spleen and gastroenterology department of Jinan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated to Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.All patients were diagnosed with peptic ulcer in modern medicine after clinical diagnosis and gastroscopy.There were 60 patients who were in conformity with liver and stomach discordant type after TCM syndrome analysis and standardization.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Yuyang Zhitong Recipe,and the control group was treated with Jianwei Yuyang Tablets of Jiuzhitang Co.,Ltd.for 4 weeks.The TCM syndrome scores,the efficacy under gastroscopy and the total effective rate were observed before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,there were significant differences in TCM symptoms and scores in improving the symptoms of epigastric pain,fullness of both sides,poor mood,belching,goodness,and chest tightness(P<0.01),indicating the treatment of the two groups Both can improve these symptoms,and the Yuyang Zhitong Recipe group is better than the Jianwei Yuyang Tablet group;the Yuyang Zhitong Recipe group has significant changes in symptom score and HP eradication rate before and after treatment(P<0.01),there was no significant change in symptom scores and HP eradication rate in the Jianwei Yuyang Tablet group before and after treatment(P>0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in both groups during the study period.Conclusion:The use of Yuyang Zhitong Recipe to treat patients with hepatogastric indigestive peptic ulcer has improved significantly in clinical symptoms,signs and TCM syndrome scores,and no significant adverse reactions have occurred,which proves that it treats hepatogastric indigestive peptic ulcer Reliable efficacy of ulcers.
