Objective:This topic uses the real world research method, carries on the review analysis to the ebv infection child patient’s diagnosis and treatment rule, discusses the ebv infection child general characteristic, the clinical characteristic and the laws of medicine application, and according to the main course of treatment of different drugs to compare their clinical efficacy,so as to optimize the treatment of ebv infection in children. Methods:Based on the concept of real-world research, statistical analysis incorporated the basic information of EBV infected children, according to the different courses of main therapeutic drugs, the children with EBV infection were divided into five-day group and seven-day group, and the symptom scores and laboratory examination before and after treatment were recorded. The results were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software, and evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:1.The seasons of children′s EBV infection mainly concentrated on summer and autumn and late autumn and early winter(88.5%),men(59.4%)more than women(40.6%),relatibely high incidence in early childhood(42.4%).2.EBV infection-related diseases in children are mostly primary infection,non-IM(39.6%)and previous infection(42.3%),that is,atypical infection(81.9%)is mostly common, and fever(94.9%),pharyngitis(87.5%)and lymphadenopathy(89.8%)are more common in clinic, while liver and spleen enlargement(17.5%)are relatively rare.Easily associated with a variety of diseases and pathogens(83.41 %),respiratory related diseases and mycoplasma pneumoniae infection(52.88%)are common.3.The main TCM syndromes were dampness and heat accumulating syndrome(47%),evil depression and lung health(35%),and blazing qi camp(17.1%),among which damp-heat accumulating syndrom(47%)was the most common.4.The main therapeutic methods are heat-clearing,dampness-dispelling,reconciliation,antipyretic and expectorant-dispelling;antipyretic and expectorant-eliminating,antipyretic and antipyretic drugs are usedfreque ntly;and traditional Chinese patent drugs are mainly heat-clearing and antidotal drugs,soft-firm-dispersing,antitussive and expectorant drugs.5.Ganciclovir seven-day group was better than that of Ganciclovir five-day group in clinical effect.Conclusion:1.EBV infection in children is related to age and gender, mainly in male early childhood;2.The most common type of EBV infection in children is atypical infection, and the most common type of TCM syndrome is damp heat accumulation syndrome;3.Traditional Chinese medicine and proprietary Chinese medicine are mainly heat clearing drugs;4.The therapeutic effect of ganciclovir seven-days group was better than that of ciclovir five-days group, which indicated that the long-term antiviral treatment of ganciclovir could remove the virus more effectively.
