| Objective:Based on the theory of syndrome differentiation of prescriptions,this study applied jingfangshenyan Decoction plus and minus to be taken orally to treat the Tai Yang Ming combined disease and Taiyin syndrome of 3-4 stages of chronic kidney disease,and observed its curative effect,so as to provide a new treatment idea for the clinical treatment of chronic kidney disease.Methods: According to the random grouping method,62 patients were divided into control group and treatment group with 31 patients each.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with jingfangshenyan Decoction.The course of treatment is 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms and laboratory indexes of the two groups were observed,and their safety was evaluated.Results:During the treatment,two patients in the control group fell off,one in the treatment group,59 in the experimental effective cases,30 in the treatment group and 29 in the control group.(1)The total score of TCM symptoms: at the fourth week of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 36.67%,and that of the control group was 6.90%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05);After 8 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and that of the control group was 58.62%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of chilly limbs,fatigue,dry stool and edema.(2)Total clinical efficacy: at 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,and the effective rate of the control group was 86.21%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05);at 8 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)Renal function: after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,e GFR,BUN,Scr,UA,CRP and β2 microglobulin were significantly higher than those before treatment(P < 0.01).In the treatment group,BUN and UA decreased significantly,and e GFR increased significantly(P < 0.05).It shows that jingfangshenyan decoction has a good effect on improving the renal function of chronic kidney disease.(4)In the inflammatory response: There was significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of CRP for 4 weeks and 8 weeks(P < 0.01).At 4 weeks,there was significance in the treatment group compared with the control group(P < 0.05),and there was significant statistical significance in the treatment group compared with the control group at 8 weeks(P < 0.01),indicating that jingfangshenyan decoction had significant effect in reducing inflammatory reaction and regulating immunity.Conclusion: Jingfangshenyan decoction has better curative effect in treating chronic kidney disease of Taiyang Yangming disease and Taiyin syndrome.It can obviously improve renal function,reduce inflammatory reaction,improve clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and has good safety. |
