Clinical Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Qudu Decoction Plus And Minus Retention Enema In The Treatment Of Large Intestine Damp-Heat Type Ulcerative Colitis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qudu Decoction plus and minus retention enema on ulcerative colitis of damp heat type.Methods: 60 patients(60 cases)were randomly divided into two groups.Methods:retention enema;30 cases in experimental group: addition and subtraction of Qudu Decoction;30 cases in control group: Compound Cortex Phellodendri liquid coating;scoring the clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups before and after treatment,data sorting,statistical analysis,and comparison of the difference between the two groups.Results:The results of observation and analysis showed that in the recent comprehensive efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy,main single symptoms(stool mucus abscess,abdominal pain,etc.)efficacy and the modified Mayo score,the results of the two groups were similar;the experimental group was better than the control group in improving the stool mucus abscess,diarrhea,severe symptoms.Conclusion: Qudu Decoction plus and minus retention enema is effective in the treatment of ulcerative colitis of damp heat type of large intestine,and can be widely used in clinical.
