Effect Observation Of Bushenhemai Granules In Treating Grade 1 Hypertension And Shenqi Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:Through the clinical observation of bushenhemai granules in the treatment of patients with grade 1 hypertension and shenqi deficiency syndrome,to evaluate the efficacy of bushenhemai granules in reducing blood pressure and TCM symptoms and its influence on vascular endothelial function.Methods:A total of 60 patients with grade 1 hypertension and shenqi deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,30 cases in each group.To conduct clinical intervention research on the basis of improving lifestyle.The treatment course was 4 weeks.The control group just took valsartan capsule orally,while the experimental group took bushenhemai granules on the basis of valsartan capsule orally.Observe the changes of office blood pressure,the 24h average blood pressure,TCM syndrome score,serum NO and ET-1 concentration,and safety indexes before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the office blood pressure,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure,endothelial function and TCM syndrome score of the control group and experimental group were better than before.In terms of antihypertensive efficacy,the total effective rate of control group was 83.33%,while the total effective rate of experimental group was 90%,there was no significantly difference(P>0.05).After treatment,systolic blood pressure in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure showed that the blood pressure of the control group and the test group at each time period was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the average systolic blood pressure in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the mean diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the systolic blood pressure load of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower after treatment(P<0.05).However,after treatment,there was no significant difference in diastolic pressure load between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,after 4 weeks of treatment,the serum NO concentration of the two groups of patients increased significantly(P<0.05),and the serum ET-1 concentration of the two groups of patients decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the concentration of serum NO in the experimental group after treatment were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the concentration of serum ET-1 were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The decreased of TCM syndrome score in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant changes in security indicators after treatment.Conclusion:The results suggested that the combination of bushenhemai granules and valsartan capsules can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients with grade 1 hypertension and shenqi deficiency syndrome.It can also improve the vascular endothelial function and reduce the TCM syndromes of patients.The efficacy was better than using valsartan capsule alone.
