| Objective:to observe the clinical effect of ganmai jujube decoction combined with shaowei zhuyu decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis,to provide more clinical pathways for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis,and to explore more safe and effective treatment methods.Methods:a total of 66 patients who met the diagnosis criteria of dysmenorrheal pain in the gynecological clinic of yantai hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2017 to December 2019 were randomly controlled and divided into two groups.In the control group,33 patients were treated with ibuprofen sustained release capsules for three consecutive menstrual cycles,and the changes in pain degree and TCM syndromes before and after treatment were observed and compared for statistical analysis.Results:abdominal pain effect:the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%;The control group was 90%.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>.05).Results:①Therapeutic effect of abdominal pain:the effective rate in the treatmentgroup was 93.3%;The control group is 90%,and for the improvement of pain degree,the curative effect of the two groups is equivalent,with no significant difference and no statistical significance(P>0.05).②curative effect of TCM syndrome:the improvement of TCM syndrome in the treatment group is better than that in the control group,with significant difference and statistical significance(p<0.05).③Therapeutic effect of abdominal pain in the first month after drug withdrawal:the total effective rate in thetreatment group was 86.7%;The total effective rate of the control group was 23.3%.Treatment Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).④Therapeutic effect of abdominal pain in the third month after drug withdrawal:treatment group The total effective rate was 83.3%.The total effective rate of the control group was 23.3%.The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.01).⑤ TCM syndrome points in the first month after withdrawal:the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant Meaning(P<0.01).⑥TCM syndrome points in the third month after drug withdrawal:there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.(P<0.01).To sum up,when taking the medicine,the two groups of drugs havethe same curative effect on improvingthe pain degree,but after stopping taking the medicine The treatment group is better than the control group,and the treatment group is always better than the control group in improving the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine. |
