Data Mining Based Analysis Of Drug Use Law Of Dysmenorrhea In Patients With Adenomyosis And Clinical Observation

Objective:1.Literature research:Through data mining to analyze the related literature of dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis,to sum up and summarize the rules of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,so as to provide a scientific theoretical basis for the clinical research part of this subject and the traditional Chinese medicine clinical medication of dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis.2.Clinical studies:In this study,Huayu Xiaozheng Zhitong recipe was used to treat dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis,and its clinical effect was preliminarily discussed,and the methods and ideas were provided for clinical treatment of dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis.Methods:1.Literature research:Collect and collate the literature of traditional Chinese medicine treating dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis in the CNKI Database from January 1988 to December 2018,and conduct scientific analysis and Research on the medication rule through data mining.2.Clinical studies:61 cases of Dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis in Gynecology clinic of Shandong hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019 were collected,to observe the clinical effect of Huayu Xiaozheng Zhitong recipe and make statistical analysis.Results:1.Literature research:141 prescriptions for dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis were selected.It can be seen from the data mining that the basic treatment method is promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,the common treatment methods include nourishing qi and spleen,warming yang and removing blood stasis,promoting qi and removing blood stasis,cooling blood and removing blood stasis.Among the high frequency drugs for dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis,according to the frequency,the top 10 drugs are Angelica,Corydalis,Typhae,Red peony,Liquorice,Cyperus rotundus,Wulingzhi,Ligusticum wallichii,White peony and Curcuma zedoary.According to the drug efficacy,the drugs with frequency ≥ 10 were classified,and the drugs with the highest proportion were blood activating and stasis removing drugs(39.0%),followed by tonic drugs and Qi regulating drugs.Through the analysis of the nature and taste of the medicine,the medicine is warm and smooth,and the taste is bitter,pungent and sweet;According to the analysis of drug meridian,the highest proportion was liver meridian drugs,followed by Spleen meridian,heart meridian.Through cluster analysis,three new combinations are obtained:Fennel,Cinnamon,Dried ginger,White mustard Fennel,Myrrh,Dried ginger,Corydalis,Frankincense;Sargentodoxa cuneata,Patrinia,Dandelion,Gardenia.2.Clinical studies:There was no significant difference before treatment between the observation group and the control group in age,course of disease,pregnancy,number of births,number of abortions,TCM syndrome score,dysmenorrhea symptom score,dysmenorrhea pain score,uterine volume and gynecological examination score,which was comparable.Before and after the treatment,the observation group and the control group had no significant difference in uterine volume(P>0.05),but the dysmenorrhea symptom score,dysmenorrhea pain score and gynecological examination score were very significant differences(P<0.01).In each TCM syndrome score,the observation group had a very significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the control group had a significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there was a very significant difference between the two groups in TCM syndrome score(P<0.01),there are significant differences in the dysmenorrhea symptom score,dysmenorrhea pain score and gynecological examination score(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of Huayu Xiaozheng Zhitong recipe was better than Guizhi Fuling Capsule.In the therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes,the effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%and that of the control group was 70.0%,with significant difference(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of Huayu Xiaozheng Zhitong recipe is better than Guizhi Fuling Capsule;In the treatment of dysmenorrhea,the effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%and that of the control group was 76.7%,with significant difference(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of Huayu Xiaozheng Zhitong recipe is better than Guizhi Fuling Capsule.Conclusion:1.Literature research:Through data mining,it is found that the basic method to treat dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis is to activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis.Pay attention to the application of tonic drugs in medication,especially blood tonic drugs and spleen tonic drugs.The new prescription obtained through analysis needs to be further verified by clinicians.2.Clinical studies:Through research findings,Huayu Xiaozheng Zhitong recipe can effectively improve the symptoms of TCM syndrome score,dysmenorrhea symptom score,dysmenorrhea pain score and gynecological examination score,it has no significant effect on the reduction of uterine volume,it is worthy of clinical promotion and in-depth study.
