Clinical Analysis Of Huoxue Shenggu Decoction Combined With Minimally Invasive Plate Osteosynthesis In The Treatment Of Middle-aged Proximal Humerus Fractures

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy analysis of Huoxue Shenggu Decoction combined with minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis in the treatment of middle-aged proximal humerus fractures,and to provide a reference for clinical treatment of this type of fractures in Western and Chinese medicineMethod:A total of 40 patients with fractures of three or four parts of the proximal humerus Neer subdivision in the Department of Orthopedics diagnosed in Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January 2018 and December 2018 were selected and randomized.Twenty patients in the treatment group were treated with Huoxueshenggutang combined with minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis;20 patients in the control group were treated with minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis.Follow-up observation and recording of postoperative swelling time,VAS scores at different periods,complication rate,Neer shoulder function score and fracture healing time in the two groups after surgeryResult:In the postoperative swelling time,fracture healing time,VAS pain score and shoulder function score,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of minimally invasive osteosynthesis technology with locking compression plate combined with Huoxue Shenggu Decoction in the treatment of middle-aged proximal humerus fractures has demonstrated the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in terms of VAS score,postoperative swelling,fracture healing,and satisfaction with shoulder function recovery To a large extent,it has made up for the defect that only one leg can be walked by western medicine surgery for fracture treatment.
