Efficacy Evaluation Of Modified Danggui Beimu Kushen Prescription On Complications Of Indwelling Double J Tube

Objective:The purpose of this article is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the modified Danggui Beimu Kushen prescription on the symptoms related to indwelling double J-tube,and to explore its therapeutic effect,so as to provide effective prescriptions and clinical basis for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of postoperative symptoms related to indwelling double J-tube stent patients.Methods:This study is a prospective parallel control study.A total of 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria and were treated by holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope from January 2018 to December 2019 in the nephrology department and urology department of Qingdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups,40 in each group.The observation group was treated with modified Danggui Beimu Kushen recipe.The control group was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride(HALE),and both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the patients’TCM symptoms,signs,urine routine and other related examinations were observed,and the Chinese version of the ureter symptom score table(USSQ)was used to score.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the laboratory indexes,TCM syndrome scores and the Chinese version of the ureter symptom score table(USSQ)scores before and after treatment in the two groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the modified Danggui Beimu Kushen recipe.Results:1.USSQ score in Chinese version:After 4 weeks of treatment,the observation group had no obvious effect on improving general condition,working ability and sexual life satisfaction.The symptoms of lower urinary tract and body pain were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the curative effect was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in general condition,work ability and sexual life satisfaction between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).2.Efficacy of TCM Syndrome:Compared before and after treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome score in the observation group was 92.11%,while the total effective rate of TCM syndrome score in the control group was 86.49%.there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group improved in frequency,urgency,pain,color,lumbago,stranguria,and less abdominal pain and discomfort(all P<0.05),and the effect of improving frequency,urgency,pain,color,and lumbago was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in improving stranguria,less abdominal pain or discomfort(all P>0.05).3.Laboratory index:After treatment,the urine routine red blood cell count and white blood cell count in the observation group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the treatment effect of the observation group is better than that of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Security analysis:In the whole research and treatment process,the two groups of patients did not have toxic and side effects,with good safety.Conclusion:The modified Danggui Beimu Kushen prescription can effectively improve physical pain and lower urinary tract symptoms after double J-tube indwelling,has a significant effect on relieving bladder irritation sign and lumbago,can reduce urine red blood cell and white blood cell counts and relieve postoperative inflammatory stimulation reaction,and is an effective prescription for improving symptoms related to double J-tube indwelling,and has clinical manifestations of lower jiao damp-heat stasis syndrome.
