Objects:This study analyzes and summarizes the status quo, main problems and development trends of nursing in health management on the basis of sorting and summarizing Chinese and English literature. From the perspective of all-round nursing participation in health management, learn from and draw on the advanced experience of European and American countries to provide reference and ideas for the training and discipline development of nursing professionals in health management in China. Methods:In this study, bibliometric analysis and visual analysis were used to organize and analyze Chinese and English literature, including the following:1.Determine the scope and strategy of searching documents(1)The database search scope was set as follows:① Chinese literature retrieval Chinese journal full-text database(CNKI journal full-text database, degree thesis database),Weipu Chinese scientific and technical journal full-text database(VIP),Wanfang data resource system(WANFANG digital journal database,Degree thesis database, conference thesis database)and China Biomedical Database(CBM);② English literature comes from PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Scopus and other databases.(2)The search time was set from the database establishment to December 31,2019.(3)Chinese literature uses "nurs*" and "health management, health care, chronic disease management" as search terms, and performs a cross-combination search in the Chinese database according to the search formula;English literature uses "nurs*" AND"health Management, health managed care, health care,Chronic disease management"were search terms, and cross-combination search was performed in the foreign language database according to the search formula.2.Establish literature inclusion and exclusion criteria(1)Inclusion criteria:Chinese and English journal documents that meet the scope and strategy of searching documents.(2)Exclusion criteria:①Newspapers,patents,essays and conference papers;②Unable to obtain full-text linked articles.3.Literature screeningThrough the primary and secondary screening of documents,1192 articles in Chinese journals and 510 articles in English journals were finally determined.4.Research methodsEstablished an Excel database for the Chinese and English documents included in the study, and sort them according to the basic information such as title, author, region, journal, keyword, etc.,used the R language jiebaR package to synonym the corresponding entries, and counted the word frequency.Used bibliometrics software VOSviewerl.6 to use the Association strength algorithm to perform cluster analysis on keyword co-occurrence and author cooperation networks to analyze the classification and time distribution of research hotspots. At the same time,R language and ggpubr,ggplot2 and other packages were used to visualize the relevant statistical results.Results:1.Number of publications and distribution of development trendsA total of 1192 Chinese documents and 510 English documents were included in this study. The study found that the number of Chinese documents has increased rapidly since 2010 and has continued to increase;English literature has reached a relatively high level around 1995,but it has declined significantly in 2000,reached its peak in 2009,and after 2011 The median fluctuation gradually stabilized at the average level.Compared with European and American countries, health management in China is still in its infancy, and the practice of nursing participation in health management is relatively limited.Although the number of articles published has increased significantly in recent years, the quality of the paper is not high.2.Literature high-yield authors, research teams and cooperation networksAnalysis of the Chinese and English literature included in this study found that there is still little cooperation between domestic authors and research teams, and a relatively stable research network has not yet been formed;a relatively stable and in-depth cooperation relationship has been established between high-yield authors and research teams of English literature. The authors of the Chinese literature are mainly nursing in general hospitals, university public health colleges or nursing colleges, and community health service centers, and there is little cooperation among various institutions.Nursing has a certain role in health management practices such as disease intervention, personnel training, and community nursing, but a professional nursing team with a leading role has not been established. The source of the authors of the English literature is mainly nursing colleges, health management organizations, and health research centers.All-round in-depth cooperation between the teams and coordinated development of institutions.A team composed mainly of nursing experts and public health nurses has carried out various forms of health management practices in nursing clinics, community service centers, health management centers and other institutions.3.Distribution of high-frequency keywords in literatureAnalysis of the high-frequency keywords in the Chinese and English literatures included in this study found that the Chinese literature focuses on the health management around the disease from the perspective of disease management;the English literature shows that nursing-led health management truly focuses on humans and health, and basically achieves full Crowd coverage. The role of domestic nursing in health management is mainly reflected in the disease management and community continuous care that are dependent on medical development.Although there have been new attempts in health management in recent years, the overall thinking and practice have been restricted;health management in European and American countries has formed a human-centered,health-oriented,health management system that covers the entire population and the entire life cycle,Nursing professionals are the main components in the health management organization, and have an important organization, guidance and leading role. Conclusion:This study found that a standardized and standardized health management system has been established abroad, and health management led by senior practice nurses or practicing nurses has achieved comprehensive management of individuals and groups in community prevention, chronic disease management, health intervention, and health promotion. The health literacy of the population has been improved;the practice form of nursing in health management in China is still relatively limited, and more attached to clinicians for disease care and continued care. The quality of papers on nursing participation in health management practice research needs to be improved. The establishment of a standardized health management system in my country should be combined with the optimization of overall nursing services.Through specialized management;training and extension, nursing staff took the initiative to change from clinical technology type to advanced nursing practice type, comprehensively improving nursing professional quality, career planning and career value.By drawing on the organization management system, talent training model and practical research methods of foreign health management,China’s health management practice field should strengthen multi-disciplinary teamwork and collaborative development, establish a systematic, dynamic and comprehensive health management model to achieve Leading more professional,in-depth,and more effective health management to meet the health needs of the broad masses of the people, and ultimately achieve the goal of universal health.
