Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Thin Endometrial Infertility With Acupuncture Combined With Medicine-Separated Navel Moxibustion And Estrogen

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect and possible mechanism of acupuncture combined with medicine-separated Navel moxibustion on the improvement of thin endometrium in patients with kidney-yin Deficiency Syndrome of thin endometrium infertility,to improve the thin endometrium infertility of kidney-yin Deficiency Syndrome in patients with the clinical outcome to provide ideas and methods.Methods:The clinical data of 60 cases of thin endometrium infertility with kidney-yin Deficiency Syndrome were analyzed by randomized and controlled clinical study.The clinical data were divided into two groups,30 cases of which were treated with acupuncture combined with medicine-separated moxibustion and estrogen therapy as observation group,the control group consisted of 30 patients who were treated with pure estrogen.Objective:to compare the score of Syndrome of kidney-yin deficiency and laboratory indexes:Before and after treatment,the thickness and classification of Endometrium,blood flow index(FI),vascularization index(VI),vascularization blood flow index(VFI),Resistance Index(RI)and pulsatility index(PI)of uterine artery blood flow were compared with those of normal control group(HCG)The Serum Estradiol(E2)levels before and after HCG treatment were compared,and the pregnancy rates of the two groups were compared.Results:1.The score of kidney-yin Deficiency Syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the Control Group(P<0.05).2.After the treatment,on HCG Day the thickness of Endometrium、VI、FI and VFI in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the Control Group(P<0.05).3.After the treatment,on HCG Day the RI and PI of uterine artery in the observation group were lower than those in the Control Group(P<0.05).4.There was no significant difference in the classification of endometrium between the Observation Group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).5.The level of Serum E2 in the Observation Group was higher than that in the control group on the day after HCG treatment(P<0.05).6.The clinical pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the Control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The thickness of endometrium on HCG Day is related to the level of Serum E2.Acupuncture combined with medicine-separated Navel moxi bust ion can improve the syndrome of kidney-yin deficiency in patients with thin type of endometrial infertility.Acupunctur e combined with medicine-separated Navel moxibustion combined with estrogen therapy can promote the growth of endometrium,the mechanism may be related to the improvement of endometrium and uterine artery blood flow.
