| Objective:Treatment of patients with phlegm clotting and stasis type chronic laryngeal palsy by branding method.Through a randomized controlled study,the clinical efficacy and safety of treating phlegm with coagulation and stasis type chronic laryngeal paralysis should be clarified.A safe and effective method for clinical treatment of internal and external diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 120 patients with sputum coagulation and stasis type chronic laryngeal paralysis who were treated in the Otolaryngology Clinic of Weifang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with cautery,once a week.The control group was treated with Jinshou Liyan Wan,60 pills twice a day.The treatment time in both groups was 21 days.Observe and record changes in TCM syndromes and physical scores before treatment,7 days,and 21 days of treatment,respectively,and compare the clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group.All data were analyzed statistically using SPSS 19.0.Measurement data were described statistically by±s,count data were tested by X~2,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:The healing rates of the treatment group and the control group were 60.00%and 41.67%,respectively,and the total effective rates were 95.00%and 85.00%,respectively.During the three-month follow-up,the healing rates of the treatment group and the control group were 73.33%and 38.33%,respectively.The total effective rate They were 96.67%and 81.67%,respectively;after half a year’s follow-up,the treatment group and the control group had a more effective rate of 78.33%and 31.67%,with a total effective rate of 95.00%and 75.00%,respectively.The comparison between the two groups was P<0.05,and the difference was significant.The pharyngeal foreign body sensation and the posterior pharyngeal lymphatic follicular hyperplasia scores in the treatment group and the control group were 4.33±1.386,2.93±1.539,3.00±1.450,and3.57±1.382,respectively.The scores of pharyngeal follicular hyperplasia of the posterior pharyngeal wall were all P<0.05,which indicated that the method of cauterization was effective in treating pharyngeal foreign body sensation,and the proliferation of lymphopharyngeal hyperplasia of the pharyngeal wall was faster and better than that of Jinshou Liyan Pill.After the treatment,the symptoms of foreign body,phlegm adhesion,sore throat,pharyngeal mucosa congestion,lymphopharyngeal hyperplasia of the posterior pharyngeal wall,and swelling of the lateral pharyngeal cord after the treatment were 2.53±1.033,2.97±1.193,and 0.63.±0.551,1.57±1.047,1.07±1.071,1.17±0.557,P<0.05compared with the control group.It shows that the method of cauterization can improve the pharyngeal foreign body sensation,phlegm adhesion,and sore throat in patients with phlegm,coagulation and stasis,and treat pharyngeal mucosa congestion,lymphocytic hyperplasia of the posterior pharyngeal wall,and swelling of the pharyngeal side.pill.Conclusion:The treatment of phlegm clotting and stasis type slow laryngeal paralysis can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients,and has a clear effect,and the quality of life is significantly improved;this therapy has the advantages of no bleeding,short treatment time,and no complications;Cauterization has a long-term effect on the treatment of phlegm coagulation and stasis type slow laryngeal paralysis.The method has simple operation,small pain,good safety,and no adverse reactions.TCM internal and external treatment methods. |
