| Objective: To study the clinical application of "Qufeng Huatan Decoction",a self-made empirical prescription by the instructor,in the syndrome of wind-phlegm obstruction in the acute stage of ischemic stroke.Methods: The included patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on traditional Chinese medicine Qufeng Huatan Decoction.The treatment time was 2 weeks,during which the scores of neurological deficits,TCM syndrome scores,and daily life activity scores were observed and recorded.Results: The observation group improved better than the control group in terms of improvement of TCM syndromes,NIHSS score and daily life activity score.During treatment,there were no obvious abnormal changes in liver function,kidney function,blood coagulation and electrocardiogram monitoring.Tan Tang has a significant improvement effect on patients with wind-phlegm obstruction syndrome in the acute stage of ischemic stroke,and has a higher safety.Conclusion: Qufeng Huatan Decoction is effective and safe for improving the clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes of patients with windphlegm obstruction syndrome in the acute stage of ischemic stroke. |
