Clinical Study On Xiaoji Huajie Granules In Treating Pediatric Mesenteric Lymphadenitis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xiaojihuajie Granules in treating mesenteric lymphadenitis(milk food stagnation syndrome)in children through clinical research.Methods: Sixty patients with pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis(milk food stagnation syndrome)diagnosed from the pediatric clinic of Weihai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 people in each group.The treatment group was treated with Xiaoji Huajie Granules,and the control group was treated with Cefacoxime granules.Both groups were treated for7 days,and the symptoms were quantified before and after treatment.Finally,SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to calculate the data.Results: After comparison,there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving constipation symptoms,improving lymph node size,and improving blood routine(white blood cells)(P> 0.05).Other symptoms improved significantly than before treatment.It is statistically significant(P <0.05).After comparison between the two groups,the number of cured,markedly effective,effective,and ineffective patients in the treatment group was 18,8,3 and 1,respectively,with an effective rate of 96.7%.The number of cured,markedly effective,effective,and ineffective patients in the control group was 11,6,8 and 5,respectively,with an effective rate of 83.3%.1month after treatment,the treatment group followed up 29 patients,2 of whom relapsed,the recurrence rate was 6.9%.The control group followed up 25 patients with 9 relapses,the recurrence rate was 36%.Description:Xiaojihuajie granules are superior to cefixime granules in reducing short-term abdominal pain recurrence.Conclusions:(1)Xiaojihuajie granules and cefixime granules have a therapeutic effect on mesenteric lymphadenitis in children due to milk product stasis.Xiaojihuajie granules are better than cefacoxime granules in relieving symptoms.(2)Xiaojihuajie granules had no obvious adverse reactions in this clinical study,and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
