The Clinical Observation On Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Qi Stagnationand Blood Stasis With A New Dosage Form Of Navel Therapy On The Navel

Objective:In this study,patients with primary dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis were treated by applying new dosage form of navel therapy and using traditional moxibustion on the navel.To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of new navel therapy dosage form in patients with primary dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis,and to provide a new idea for the study of the clinical effect of the new therapy.Method:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into two groups:new dosage form of navel therapy group and traditional moxibustion on the navel group,30 in each group.Starting treatment 7 days before each menstrual period,once every 3days(2 times per menstrual cycle),3 courses.To observe the changes of TCM clinical symptom score and SF-MPQ score of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results:1.The clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine:the new dosage form of navel therapy can significantly improve the symptoms of premenstrual or menstrual abdominal distention and blood flow obstruction(P<0.01),slightly improve the clinical symptoms of less blood volume,dark purple color and breast distension(P<0.05),no significant improvement of chest tightness(P > 0.05);the moxibustion on navel can significantly improvethe clinical symptoms of premenstrual or menstrual abdominal distention,less blood volume,blood flow obstruction and dark purple color(P<0.01),slightly improve the clinical symptoms of breast distension and chest tightness(P<0.05).2.VAS,PPI and PRI:The VAS,PPI and PRI scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01),which indicated that the treatment of the two groups had significant improvement on the pain intensity,pain nature and pain emotion of dysmenorrhea patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type;the comparison between the two groups also had significant statistical significance(P<0.01),which indicated that the efficacy of moxibustion group was better than that group.3.Effective rate:the total effective rate was 78.57% in the treatment group and 88.89% in the control group,there was a statistically significant difference in the curative effect of TCM syndrome between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the former is superior to the latter.Conclusion:The application of new dosage form of navel therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis,and reduce the pain intensity and sensation,and the method is effective,safe,noninvasive,simple and easy to operate。It is one of the effective methods for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,which is worthy of further application.
