The Observation On Clinical Curative Effect Of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy On Liver-yang Hyperactivity Type Migraine Without Aura

Objective:To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of acupoint thread embedding method and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of liver-yang hyperactivity type migraine without aura,to explore the therapeutic mechanism of acupoint embedding thread method,to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of this disease and to develop new methods.Methods: Seventy-two subjects with hyperacute liver yang without migraine who met the inclusion criteria are randomly divided into acupoint embedding group and conventional acupuncture group,36 cases in each group.The symptoms and signs of migraine,the accompanying conditions,the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of TCM syndromes were quantitatively scored,and the scores of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded and statistically analyzed.Results:1.Curative effect analysis: In terms of clinical efficacy of Western medicine,the total effective rates of the acupoint embedding group and the conventional acupuncture group are 87.50% and 81.25%,respectively.The difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of curative effect of TCM syndromes,the total effective rates of the acupoint embedding group and the conventional acupuncture group are 90.63%and 84.38%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the two groups have significantly improved the symptoms and signs of migraine,the accompanying conditions,and the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome.Statistical significance(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of headache level,duration,irritability,red eyes,flushing,dry mouth(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both the acupoint embedding method and the conventional acupuncture method can achieve good clinical efficacy in the treatment of migraine without hyperaura of liver-yang hyperactivity type.However,in terms of improving the number of headache attacks,swelling with symptoms and distention and pain in the head,mouth bitter,acupoint embedding method is superior to conventional acupuncture.In terms of the clinical efficacy of Western medicine and the efficacy of TCM syndromes,acupoint embedding method is higher than conventional acupuncture method.In general,the treatment of acupoint embedding method is less,the cooperation and acceptance of the subjects are higher,and the effect is more significant.
