| [Object]To explore the satisfaction of the basic public health practitioners and key populations in urban community health service centers and their influencing factors,to explore the correlation between practitioners and key population satisfactions. To provide evidence support for relevant departments to formulate measures to improve BPHS.[Method]Using a multi-stage sampling method,we selected 2395 key populations and 865 basic public health practitioners from 30 community health service centers in 6 cities as the subjects of this study. The questionnaire survey was conducted from January to April in 2019.The Chi-square test and two-category multivariate logistic regression model were used to analyze the influencing factors of awareness, utilization and satisfaction. The correlation between the satisfaction of practitioners and key population satisfaction was analyzed by Spearman.[Results]The overall awareness rate of the key population is 89.53%,of which 92.43%are for mothers of children,90.35%for pregnant women,90.22%for patients with hypertension and diabetes, and 83.10%for elderly people. The influencing factors of the overall awareness rate of key populations were:population type, region, occupation, medical insurance type(P<0.05).The most extensive way for key populations to know the basic public health services is through the publicity materials of community health service centers, followed by active publicity by medical staff. The overall utilization rate of key populations was 92.22%,of which 91.14%were for mothers of children,97.37%for pregnant women,93.14%for patients with hypertension and diabetes, and 90.61%for elderly people. The influencing factors of the overall utilization rate of key populations are:population type, region, marital status, occupation,BPHS awareness(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the key population is 93.2%,including 87.6%of the parents of children,98.25%of pregnant women,95.78%of patients with hypertension and diabetes, and 95.68%of the elderly. The logistic regression showed that the influencing factors of parents’ satisfaction included illness analysis, medical environment, service attitude, and vaccination(P<0.05,OR>1).The influencing factor of maternal satisfaction is disease analysis(P<0.05,OR>1).The factors influencing the satisfaction of patients with hypertension and diabetes are diagnosis and treatment level, waiting time, and treatment effect(P<0.05,OR>1).The factors influencing the satisfaction of the elderly are the diagnosis and treatment level and the physical examination process(P<0.05,OR>1).The overall satisfaction of basic public health practitioners was 60.58%.Satisfaction with income level was the lowest;satisfaction with work ability and doctor-patient relationship was the highest. The logistic regression showed that the age, promotion system, income level,doctor-patient relationship, performance assessment, and work ability were the influencing factors of the practitioners’satisfaction(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of basic public health practitioners is positively correlated with the overall satisfaction of key population(r=0.492,P<0.05).[Conclusions]The overall awareness rate and utilization rate of key populations were at a relatively high level. The overall satisfaction of key populations who are satisfied with the level of diagnosis and treatment, treatment environment, service attitude, vaccination, waiting time, and treatment effect was higher. The practitioner who are older, more satisfied with the promotion system, income level,doctor-patient relationship, performance appraisal and work ability had higher overall satisfaction. There is a positive correlation between the overall satisfaction of practitioners and the overall satisfaction key populations. |
