Blockchain,as a decentralized,multi-party maintenance,secure and trusted distributed ledger technology,has broken the idea of traditional data centralized storage management.In recent years,it has received increasing research and attention from scholars in various fields,including the medical industry.The current problems of information islanding,data privacy,and easy data leakage in medical data are the focus of attention in the process of medical informationization.The characteristics of the blockchain in terms of privacy protection,access control,and traceability can just meet these pain points of the current medical industry.Therefore,the combination of the blockchain and the medical field has great practical significance.Consensus algorithm,as the core part of blockchain technology,determines the way in which the nodes of the blockchain reach an agreement,and is one of the main research directions in the field of blockchain research.This paper focuses on the blockchain consensus algorithm,proposes an improved PBFT algorithm,and designs and implements a blockchain-based electronic medical record sharing platform,which to solve the problem of information islands and medical data insecurity in the medical field.First,this paper studies the current mainstream blockchain consensus algorithms,and focuses on analyzing the practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance(PBFT)algorithm,which can greatly reduce the computational complexity of traditional Byzantine fault tolerance algorithms.However,in practical application,there are still problems of insufficient operation efficiency and partial communication redundancy.In view of these problems,this paper proposes an improved PBFT algorithm(Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance Based on Open Business Environment,OBE-PBFT)based on open business environment.Through experimental comparison with PBFT algorithm,the proposed algorithm has better performance in terms of operating efficiency and communication overhead,which can effectively reduce the time delay of transaction processing and increase throughput.Secondly,based on the OBE-PBFT algorithm and combining the characteristics of the electronic medical record sharing platform,this paper designs and implements an electronic medical record sharing platform based on a wide-area high-throughput consensus algorithm.The electronic medical record sharing platform can upload all medical data to the blockchain during the patient’s medical treatment.Using the characteristics of the blockchain,it can help solve the problems of limited information circulation and data security in medical scenarios.This paper starts with a requirements analysis,introduces the overall architecture,functional modules,and business logic design of the platform,and introduces the implementation and display of the system.In summary,this paper proposes an improved blockchain consensus algorithm,and designs and implements a blockchain-based electronic medical record sharing platform,and introduces the proposed algorithm into the system.
