| The content of medicinal components of Salvia miltiorrhiza is affected by germplasm,place of origin,environment,cultivation measures and growth years,etc.It is difficult to directly analyze medicinal components of Salvia miltiorrhiza root from its appearance during harvest and processing.In this experiment,Samples were taken from Xintai,Yiyuan,Changle,Wendeng,Weihai and Laiwu,etc.UHPLC-Q-Exactive MS was used to analyze the content differences of 16 major medicinal components in different diameters,lengths and positions of the taproots and lateral roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza.This study clarified the length,diameter and location of the highest content of medicinal components(fat soluble and water soluble)in taproots and multiple lateral roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza.,To lay the foundation for further study on the determination of the ingredients and quality standards of Salvia miltiorrhiza and to provide theoretical basis for the selection of medicinal materials of Salvia miltiorrhiza.The main test results are as follows:1.Comparison of medicinal components in different grades of taprootIn this study,it was found that the content of fat soluble components was the highest when the taproot length was between 10-20 cm,with the highest content of 15.7977%,which was 7.2466% higher than that of 20-30 cm.The order of total content was 10-20cm>30-40cm>6-10cm>20-30 cm.In terms of water-soluble components,taproots at 30-40 cm had the highest content of 6.7067%,which was 1.838 times higher than that at 3-10 cm.The contents of fat soluble and water soluble components were the highest when the diameter of taproot was 10-15 mm,and the total contents were ranked as 10-15mm>5-10mm>15-20mm>20-25 mm.The content of active components in different parts of the main root was different.The total content of fat-soluble components in the upper part of the main root was higher than that in the lower part of the main root.The highest content in the upper part of the main root was 15.7022%,0.4126% higher than that in the upper part of the main root,and4.2524% higher than that in the lower part of the main root.On the contrary,the water-soluble components showed that the lower part of the taproot was higher than the upper part of the taproot,and the total content of the lower part of the taproot was 5.9766%,which was 0.8932% higher than that of the head.2.Comparison of medicinal components in different grades of primary lateral rootsThe first grade lateral roots had the highest lipid soluble composition in the length of10-20 cm and diameter of 2-4 mm.The highest content of fat-soluble components in length10-20 cm was 14.0234%,2.437 times higher than that in 40-50 cm,and the highest content of fat-soluble components in diameter 2-4 mm was 16.8064%,2.514 times higher than that in diameter 12-14 mm.From the perspective of water-soluble components,the content of primary lateral roots in length 50-60 cm and diameter 8-10 mm was the highest,and the highest content was 5.9955% and 5.5232%,respectively,which were 2.4946% and 0.8176%higher than that in 40-50 cm and 10-12 mm,respectively.The content of lipid soluble components in the upper part of the primary lateral root was significantly higher than that in the lower part of the primary lateral root.The total lipid soluble content in the upper part of the primary lateral root was 14.2546%,which was 1.4158% higher than that in the lower part of the primary lateral root.On the contrary,the water-soluble components were higher in the lower part of the first lateral root than in the upper part of the taproot.3.Comparison of medicinal components in different grades of secondary lateral rootsThe secondary lateral root length of 20-30 cm had the highest content of lipid soluble components,with the highest content of 15.562%,which was 0.5748% higher than that of9-20 cm.In terms of water-soluble components,the secondary lateral roots of 9-20 cm had a high content,and the highest content was 6.0381%,which was 0.6927% higher than that of20-30 cm.The contents of water-soluble components and fat-soluble components were the highest when the diameters of secondary lateral roots were between 8-10 mm,and the fat-soluble components were the highest 19.8468%,1.615 times higher than 4-6mm;The water-soluble component was 7.1308%,1.657% higher than that of 4-6mm.The total lipid solubility of different grades of Salvia miltiorrhiza was ranked as the third lateral root>the first lateral root>the second lateral root>taproot,lipid solubility of the third lateral root was 7.6165%,2.7566% higher than that of the taproots.From the perspective of water soluble components,different grades of Salvia miltiorrhiza were arranged as the primary lateral root >tertiary lateral root >secondary lateral root t> taproot.The water soluble components of the primary lateral root were 5.8466%,1.771 times higher than that of the taproots.In
