The chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extract of kadsura coccinea cane were separated and purified by various column chromatography techniques.16 monomer compounds were identified by Populus data analysis and physicochemical properties,including 4 triterpenoids:epi-anwuweizic acid(3),manwuweizi acid(4),7 lignans:schineolignins C(5),Meso-dihydroguaiaretic acid(6)、Schizarin E(7)、Schizarin B(8)、Neglschisandrins D(9),kadsuralignans Ⅰ(10),kadsuralignans J(11),3 sesquiterpenoids:(4R,5R)-4,5-di dihydroxycaryophyll-8(13)-ene(12),volvalerenal Ⅰ(13),eucalypene(14),1 poplar Acid(15),a single post(16),in which compounds 1 and 2 are new compounds,compounds 7,8,9,12 and 16 are isolated from the plant for the first time.The α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of Compounds 1~16 was evaluated by the modified PNPG methodand the results showed that compounds 3,4,5,7,8,12 and 13 had significant α-glucosidase inhibitory activity.Compounds 3 and 4 have strongα-glucosidase inhibitory activity,IC50 is 32.5700±0.01882 μM and 18±0.09385 μM,superior to that of acarbose(IC50=581.94±0.26 μM).At the same time,Compound 1~13 was tested against human pathogenic bacteria(S.aureus and Escherichia coli)by filter paper diffusion method.The results showed that Compounds 6 had certain inhibitory activities against Staphylococcus aureus.The diameter of the zone of inhibition is 16±0.12 mm,respectively.Through the panagrellus redivivusl inhibitory activity test of compound 1~16,and the compound 12 showed a certain inhibitory activity against the panagrellus redivivusl,and the inhibition rate was 65.3±0.813%.In this paper,study on chemical constituents and Biological Activity of Kadsura coccinea Cane in order to obtain structurally novel compounds,enrich the structural diversity of black tiger compounds,and screen out biologically active monomeric compounds in order to provides a scientific basis to make full use of kadsura coccinea.
