In recent years,stroke is one of the major fetters that endanger human health.The Chinese Stroke Epidemic Report issued for the first time by the Chinese Stroke Association in 2015 shows that at present,there are about 2.7 million new cerebrovascular diseases in my country each year,and cerebrovascular diseases die every year.About 1.3 million,stroke is the first cause of death among Chinese residents.Many companies,universities,and other research institutions have been studying theories and products related to stroke rehabilitation,but the existing stroke rehabilitation products still have many problems such as a small number of types,poor user experience,and high cost.In particular,there are few rehabilitation products used for rehabilitation at home in the later stage of stroke rehabilitation.Therefore,the design and development of effective,interesting and comfortable home stroke rehabilitation products is an important problem that needs to be solved urgently.Through the investigation of the rehabilitation principles,rehabilitation models and related products of stroke,the research value and research direction of the subject have been gradually clarified.The research design of this subject is based on the related theories of music therapy.Through user research,it explores the deep-seated needs of users,transforms user needs into product design needs,and launches the design practice of electronic drums for stroke rehabilitation training.Firstly,this article sorts out and summarizes the relevant knowledge of the basic principles of stroke rehabilitation and the basic principles of music therapy.By analyzing the rehabilitation cycle of stroke patients and the training methods of upper limbs,the target population and usage scenarios are determined,combined with the brain The special needs of stroke patients for upper limb rehabilitation training at home have formed the design requirements and design principles of stroke upper limb rehabilitation products based on music therapy.Secondly,first-hand user research data was obtained through user research methods such as questionnaires,user interviews,and field visits,and combined with NIRS to conduct experiments to observe the physiological data of music intervention in upper limb rehabilitation exercises,and obtain a more comprehensive In order to provide a basis for subsequent product design,the above requirements are transformed into product functional requirements.Finally,determine the intervention form of music therapy,and based on the summarized design principles and product design requirements,analyze the design elements of stroke upper limb rehabilitation products,such as function,human-computer interaction,modeling and CMF,and determine the product design direction.Based on the determined design direction,the design practice of the electronic drum for stroke rehabilitation training was carried out,and a preliminary evaluation test was carried out on the product.This article aims at rehabilitating patients undergoing rehabilitation at home after stroke.Through a combination of theory and practice,it tries to integrate music therapy into stroke rehabilitation training in a design way.It follows the ideas from demand acquisition and analysis to product design to help Stroke patients can more effectively carry out upper limb rehabilitation training,which broadens the methods and approaches in the field of stroke rehabilitation,and at the same time enriches the types of stroke rehabilitation products. |
