| BACKGROUNDWith the implementation of the "universal two-child policy" in China, the number of pregnant women has been increasing rapidly, and their emotional and mental health has been paid more and more attention.Previous studies have shown that subjective well-being,as a positive quality, plays an important role in regulating and buffering individual negative emotions. The higher individual subjective well-being is,the lower the incidence of anxiety, depression and other negative emotions will be.Family is an important environment for individual life and plays an important role in the experience of individual happiness. In the third trimester, the puerpera will spend more time with their families due to the increasingly inconvenient movement and the need for "confinement" after delivery. The poor family environment may cause the puerpera’s bad mood and affect their subjective well-being.Family intimacy can reflect the relationship between family members.Research shows that individuals with a higher level of family intimacy also have a higher subjective happiness. As an important psychological resource of individuals, psychological resilience has been proved to be able to buffer the impact of adverse environment on the outcome of individual psychological development, and there is a close positive correlation between psychological resilience and subjective well-being.Having good mental toughness may also help him to get through this special period. In previous studies on the elderly and left-behind children, the positive influence of family intimacy and psychological resilience on their subjective well-being has been proved. However, the relationship between maternal subjective well-being and family intimacy and psychological resilience remains to be further explored when maternal health is taken as the research object. This study to investigate subjective well-being and its maternal family intimacy, the relationship between mental toughness,at the same time inspection level of maternal mental toughness in the family intimate degree and adjustment and intermediary role between subjective well-being,clinical staff to improve maternal subjective well-being,and promote their mental health to provide certain reference and reference.OBJECTIVETo investigate the current status of maternal subjective well-being in a public third-grade a hospital in a third-tier city in Guangdong Province, analysis of maternal family intimate degree, the relationship between mental toughness and subjective well-being,investigate maternal mental toughness in the family intimate degree the regulating role in the effect on subjective well-being and intermediary role, for the relevant theoretical research and improvement of subjective well-being maternal maternal well-being related intervention to provide the reference.METHODSUsing questionnaire survey method, applying the self-made general data questionnaire,1996 Duan Jianhua translation revision of overall well-being scale,in 2007 in Taiwan incense cedar translation of the revised mental resilience scale,Mr Phillips translation revision of the 1991 family intimacy and adaptability scale Chinese version(second edition). To investigate women’s subjective well-being,family intimacy and mental toughness in a third-tier cities a public 3 armour hospital of Guangdong province status analysis of the relationship between the three in October 2018 to March 2019,by convenience sampling. The response rate was 100%and the effective rate was 96.5%.TATISTICS AND ANALYSISSPSS 20.0 software and AMOS 21.0 software were used for statistical analysis of the data. The general information of the puerpera was expressed by frequency and rate; The mean ± standard deviation was used to describe the total mean scores of subjective well-being,family intimacy, mental toughness and the mean scores of each dimension.Independent sample t-test and one-way an ANOVA were used to compare maternal subjective well-being in general demographic data.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation among maternal subjective well-being,family closeness and mental toughness. The influencing factors of maternal subjective well-being were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The adjustment effect of maternal mental toughness between family intimacy and subjective well-being was analyzed by hierarchical stepwise regression analysis.AMOS 21.0 software was used to construct an intermediary model of maternal resilience between family intimacy and subjective well-being,and path analysis was carried out.According to Wu Minglong and Wen Zhonglin,χ2/df<5,RMSEA<0.08,NFI,CFI and TLI>0.90 were used as the criteria for good fitting of the model.Bootstrap method(N=1000)was used to test the mediating effect of mental toughness.RESULTS1.The score of Maternal subjective well-being,family intimacy and psychological resilience(1)The maternal subjective well-being score was 89.08±13.63 points. All dimensions were divided into:energy was 21.01 ±3.67 points, worry about health was 12.09±4.29 points, control of emotion and behavior was 12.67±2.35 points, melancholy or happy mood was 18.42±3.20 points, relaxation and tension was 18.05±3.79 points, satisfaction and interest in life was 6.83±1.83 points.(2)The total family intimacy of the pregnant women was 52.62±7.70 points, the entry score was 3.29±1.27 points.(3)The total mental toughness of the pregnant women was 60.90±14.13 points, and the entry score was 2.44±1.07 points, the score of strength dimension was 21.06±4.82 points, the score of optimism was 9.40±2.60 points, the score of Tenacity was 30.44±7.93 points.2.Comparison of subjective well-being scores of mothers with different demographic characteristicsLiving conditions better maternal subjective well-being score is higher than the poor living conditions of maternal(t=7.97,P<0.001),the spouse support a higher score of maternal subjective well-being is higher than the spouse support lower maternal(t=14.16,P<0.001),health care service attitude of maternal subjective well-being is higher than the health care service attitude dissatisfied of maternal(t=10.05,P<0.001),the newborn gender is consistent and expectation of maternal subjective well-being score higher than that of the newborn gender and looking forward to is not consistent with maternal(t=4.82,P=0.029).3.Correlation analysis results of maternal subjective well-being,family intimacy and psychological resilienceMaternal family intimacy was positively correlated with mental toughness and subjective well-being,with the correlation coefficient being(r=0.46,0.34,P<0.01),and maternal mental toughness was positively correlated with subjective well-being(r=0.46,P<0.01).4.The analysis results of influencing factors of maternal subjective well-being(1)The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the spouse support, health care service attitude, closeness, tenacity and strength were the main influencing factors of maternal subjective well-being(P<0.05),which accounted for 25.5%of the total variation.(2)Stratified regression analysis results show that maternal family intimacy was not significant effect on the prediction of subjective well-being(B=0.14,P>0.05),maternal mental toughness on the subjective well-being prediction function significantly(B=0.39,P<0.001),the family intimate degree and mental toughness of product item no significant effect on the subjective well-being prediction(B=0.04,P>0.05),therefore,maternal mental toughness in the family intimate degree and subjective well-being between failed to play a regulatory role.(3)The mediative effect model and Bootstrap test of mental toughness showed that the structural equation model all fit the adaptation criteria and the model fit was good:χ2/df=2.073,CFI=0.949,PNFI=0.717,IFI=0.950,TLI=0.936,PCFI=0.750,AGFI=0.904,GFI=0.934,NFI=0.907,RMR=0.040.Bootstrap test(N=1000)showed that the 95%CI of indirect effect and total effect did not include 0,while the 95%CI of direct effect included 0,and P>0.05,indicating that both the total effect and indirect effect were significant, while the direct effect was insignificant.Maternal family closeness to the subjective well-being of the total effect, indirect effect, direct effect is 0.449,0.284,0.165,respectively,the mediation effect accounted for 63.3%of the total effect, according to the research conclusion Wen Zhong-lin and other scholars, this study of maternal mental toughness in the family intimate degree and function as a part of the intermediary role between subjective well-being,both explain 44.9%of the variance of subjective well-being.CONCLUSION1.This study investigated the high subjective well-being level of pregnant women in a third-tier public third-grade a hospital in a third-tier city in Guangdong province who had better living conditions, higher spouse support, satisfied attitude toward medical services, and the gender of newborn babies in line with expectations.2.In this study, maternal spouse support, nursing service quality, intimacy, tenacity and strength can positively predict the subjective well-being of pregnant women.Maternal family intimacy can influence maternal subjective well-being through the mediating effect of psychological resilience. The moderating effect of maternal mental toughness on the effect of family intimacy on subjective well-being needs to be further studied. |
