Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation(rTMS)in the treatment of post-stroke disorder of consciousness,a new combination method is provided for the clinic. Methods:The 84 patients with post-stroke consciousness disorder who met the inclusion criteria were single-blindly divided into the acupuncture combined rTMS group(28 cases),acupuncture group(28 cases),and rTMS group(28 cases)according to the admission number.During the treatment,1 case fell off in the acupuncture group and 1 case in the rTMS group, and 82 cases were completed in the end.Three groups of patients were given basic treatment, acupuncture combined with rTMS group received acupuncture combined with rTMS treatment;rTMS group received simple rTMS treatment;acupuncture group received simple acupuncture treatment;continuous treatment for 20 days. Before and after treatment, the consciousness of the three groups of patients was evaluated by the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)and the Comprehensive Non-responsiveness Scale(FOUR).Result:(1)Comparison of general data: The general data(gender, age, course of disease)of 84 patients collected in this project were statistically processed, and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The baselines of the three groups of patients were equally comparable;(2)Comparison before treatment: The GCS score and FOUR score of the three groups before treatment are compared between the groups. After statistical processing, the difference is not significant(P>0.05).The scores of the three groups are comparable;(3)Comparison within the group after treatment: The GCS score and FOUR score of the three groups of patients were higher than before treatment. After statistical processing, there was a significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the three therapies are effective in treating post-stroke disorder of consciousness;(4)Comparison between groups after treatment: After treatment, the GCS score and FOUR score of the three groups were compared. The improvement of the acupuncture combined with rTMS group was better than that of the acupuncture group and rTMS group, while the GCS score and FOUR score of the rTMS group changed Compared with the acupuncture group, the difference is not obvious, and there is no statistical significance(P>0.05);(5)Comparison of total effective rate: 8 cases were markedly effective in the acupuncture combined with rTMS group,19 cases were effective, and the total effective rate was 97%;the acupuncture group was markedly effective in 0 cases,22 cases were effective, and the total effective rate was 81%;the rTMS group was markedly effective in 0cases,21 cases were effective, with a total effective rate of 78%;after statistical processing,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant, and the total effective rate of acupuncture combined with rTMS group was higher than that of acupuncture group and rTMS group.Conclusion(1)Acupuncture,rTMS,and acupuncture combined with rTMS are all effective for treating post-stroke disorder of consciousness;(2)Acupuncture and rTMS have the same curative effect in the treatment of consciousness disorder after stroke, but the combination of the two can better promote the recovery of consciousness disorder after stroke;(3)Acupuncture combined with rTMS has the advantages of simplicity, small side effects, and effectiveness in the treatment of post-stroke disorder of consciousness, and is suitable for clinical promotion.
