Acupuncture At Lv’s Pair Point Yanglingquan-Taichong For Treatment Of Acute Period Of Frozen Shoulder Clinical Observation

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture at the point Yanglingquan-Taichong on the acute stage of frozen shoulder to provide a new treatment idea for the treatment of acute stage of frozen shoulder.Methods: Sixty patients who met the criteria in the acute stage of frozen shoulder were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture on the contralateral point of Yanglingquan-Taichong on the contralateral side,and the control group was treated with acupuncture on the contralateral side of Tiaokou through Chengshan.Both groups were treated once a day,with 6 days of treatment as a course of treatment,with 1 day of rest in between,and a total of 2 courses of treatment.Record the activity pain degree(VAS score),shoulder mobility(Melle score)and ability of daily living(ADL score)of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.After the treatment,SPSS software was used for statistical analysis of the collected data.Results:(1)Baseline comparison: A total of 60 patients were enrolled in this project,and no cases were dropped.Finally,60 effective cases were collected,including 30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.Comparing the general information of the two groups of patients,such as gender,age,course of disease,and VAS score,Melle score and ADL score,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.(2)Intra-group comparison: After 2 courses of treatment,the VAS score,Melle score and ADL score of the two groups of patients were compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two treatment options are in alleviating the acute phase of frozen shoulder It was effective in terms of pain degree,improvement of shoulder joint mobility,and improvement of daily life ability(all P<0.05).(3)Comparison between groups: After 2 courses of treatment,the scores between the control group and the treatment group before and after the treatment are compared.The treatment plan of the treatment group is to relieve the pain of the acute period of frozen shoulder and improve the movement of the shoulder joint.The effect of improving the degree of daily life ability is more significant(P<0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.(4)Comparison of curative effect: After the two groups of patients were treated,18 patients in the treatment group were cured,11 were improved,and 1 was ineffective;in the control group,10 patients were cured,14 were improved,and 6were ineffective.There was a difference in the total effective rate between the two groups.It is statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of patients in the control group is lower than that in the treatment group,indicating that the overall clinical efficacy of the acupoint treatment program is more significant.Conclusion: Acupuncture on the Yanglingquan-Taichong point and acupuncture on Tiaokou through chengshan can effectively treat the acute stage of frozen shoulder,but the former is more effective in relieving pain,improving shoulder mobility,and improving the ability of daily living.
