Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaiqin Wendan Decoction in the treatment of anxiety-related insomnia of stagnation of liver and phlegm-heat type, provide a syndrome differentiation method for the treatment of anxiety-related insomnia and a new idea for its prevention and treatment, and promote more excellent and more extensive efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of anxiety and insomnia.Method: A total of 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group. The control group(40 cases)was treated with alprazolam, and the treatment group(40 cases)was treated with Chaiqin Wendan Decoction on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment for both groups was 4 weeks.patients were observed before and after treatment of PSQI score HAMA anxiety rating scale The improvement of Chinese medical syndrome integral, through the contrast before and after treatment the data statistical analysis, analysis of the difference between the two groups,at the same time monitoring biochemical indexes and two groups of patients electrocardiogram(ECG)changes, such as in the evaluation of drug safety, comprehensive objective evaluation Chaiqin Wendan Decoction for liver phlegm heat anxiety related to the clinical effect of the treatment of insomnia.Result:1.Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of general information, namely age and gender(P>0.05),and they were comparable, and from the two groups of gender, age composition can be seen that the disease patients are mostly female, the age of disease is mostly concentrated in the elderly, and there is a trend of younger. Before treatment, the PSQI score,HAMA anxiety scale score and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were not statistically different(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.The intra-group comparison before and after treatment showed that the PSQI score,HAMA anxiety scale score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were all lower than before treatment, and P<0.01,indicating a significant statistical difference. The comparison between the two groups before and after treatment showed that the PSQI,HAMA anxiety scale scores and TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),especially after 2 weeks of treatment and 4Weeks later, the comparison of the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.After the treatment course, the effective rates of PSQI,HAMA and TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were 97.3%,97.3% and 94.7% respectively. While the effective rates of PSQI,HAMA and TCM syndrome scores in the control group were 88.9%,83.3% and 77.8%respectively.4.Neither the control group nor the treatment group had significant discomfort symptoms during the treatment. Conclusion:Compared with the simple application of alprazolam,Chaiqin Wendan Decoction combined with alprazolam can better improve the symptoms of anxiety-related insomnia patients with liver depression and phlegm-heat type,in particular,it has a significant advantage in reducing the TCM syndrome score of patients. This suggests that Chaiqin Wandan Decoction has synergistic effect and can greatly improve the therapeutic effect of alprazolam,The effect is accurate and it is worthy of promotion and application. It can also be seen from this study that women and the elderly are susceptible to this disease, and the disease tends to be younger. There was no significant difference in safety between the two groups.
