Clinical Observation Of ZishengQiwei Yin Combined With Chemotherapy In Treatment Of Stage Ⅳ Gastric Cancer Of Phlegm,Food And Stasis

Objective:This topic will focus on the study of Zisheng Qiwei Yin combined with chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone in the treatment of stage Ⅳ gastric cancer,to observe and compare the efficacy of solid tumor,physical condition,clinical symptoms improvement,adverse reactions after chemotherapy.By observing the effect of Zisheng Qiwei drink on improving the quality of life of patients with advanced gastric cancer and reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency of chemotherapeutic drugs,this paper aims to explore and provide clinical basis for patients with advanced gastric cancer in improving clinical symptoms and improving their quality of life.Methods:76 patients with stage Ⅳ gastric cancer who met the diagnostic criteria(traditional Chinese and western medicine)and included the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(38 cases in each group).The two groups were treated with tigio chemotherapy,the treatment group was treated with Shisheng Qiwei drink,and after two consecutive chemotherapy cycles,the TCM syndromes,solid tumors,physical condition and safety indexes of the two groups were observed.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in baseline data of sex,age,height and weight between the two groups(p>0.05),which was comparable.2.The total effective rate of treatment group was 85.71%,and that of control group was 57.14%.Compared with the two groups(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.3.Comparison of short-term objective efficacy: the effective rate of the treatment group was 45.71%;The effective rate of the control group was 37.14%,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in reducing solid tumor between the two treatments.4.Comparison of quality of life scores: the KPS score in the treatment group increased by 54.3%,and the KPS score in the control group increased by 31.4%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group had a better effect in improving the quality of life of patients.5.Comparison of toxicity and side effects of chemotherapy: the cases of leukopenia,nausea and vomiting in the treatment group were less than those in the control group,and there were statistical differences between the two groups(P < 0.05),while there were no significant differences in other indicators between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Zisheng Qiwei Yin combined with chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of stage Ⅳ,food and stasis block gastric cancer.Although neither of the two schemes can significantly improve the size of solid tumors,the treatment group has a significant effect on improving TCM syndromes,improving quality of life,reducing digestive tract reaction after chemotherapy and bone marrow suppression,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
