| ObjectiveTo study the difference between electroacupuncture combinedwith Zhengqing Fengtongning Traditional Chinese Medicine Diaphragm Therapy and simple electroacupuncture and simple Zhengqing Diaphragm therapy in the treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis.At the same time,it is clear that electroacupuncture combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning Traditional Chinese Medicine Diaphragm Therapy has the effect The improvement effect of serum index,disease activity index and TCM symptom score in patientswith rheumatoid arthritis,study their synergistic effect,explore its superiority,and provide theoretical basis for clinicalapplication.MethodA total of 120 patients with active rheumatoid arthritis were enrolled in this study.All patients were from patients withactive rheumatoid arthritis who were treated in the inpatient and outpatient department of the Department of Rheumatology and Acupuncture of Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to December 2020.Using the random number table method,120 patients were randomly divided into the western medicine control group,the electroacupuncture group,the Zhengqing Touyao group,and the electroacupuncture combined with the Zhengqing Touyao group,with 30 patients in each group.The western medicine control group was given oral methotrexate tablets10mg/time,once a week,folic acid tablets orally 5mg/time,once a week,and celecoxib capsules 0.2g/time when the patient’s pain was severe and intolerable Take it orally every time,once a day.The electro-acupuncture group was given simple electro-acupuncture on the basis of western medicine treatment.Acupoint selection:mainly Ashi points in the joints.According to the patient’s TCM syndrome differentiation,the syndrome of damp-heat blockage syndrome increases the vertebrae and Quchi,and the syndrome of cold-damp blocking collaterals increases.Shenshu,Guanyuan,phlegm and stasis syndrome plus Fenglong,spleen,after acupuncture,select the local acupoints on the painful part to connect to the electroacupuncture device,select the wave type of density wave,and the frequency of the electroacupuncture device to 5-20 Hz It is advisable for the patient to feel comfortable and not painful and tolerate it.The needle retention time is 30 minutes,and treatment is performed once a day,seven times as a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.Zhengqing Touyao group selected the tender points around thejoints on the basis of western medicine treatment,placed a special cloth pad infiltrated with Zhengqing Fengtongning medicinal solution,and then fixed the local activation electrode pads on the cloth pad,turned on the switch,and adjusted the pulse voltage.The intensity is 30.It is appropriate for the patientto feel comfortable and not feel pain.Zhengqingfengtongning TCM permeabilization treatment is performed once in the United States and Japan,with seven times as a course of treatment,and a total of two courses of treatment.The electroacupuncturecombined with Zhengqing Touyao group used electronic combined Zhengqing Fengtongning TCM drug therapy on the basis of westernmedicine.The operation and course of treatment were the same as before,and the electroacupuncture and Zhengqing Touyao therapy were performed half an hour apart.Observe the changes of the patient’s serological indicators(CRP,ESR,RF)and disease activity index(DAS28,VAS pain score,TCM syndrome score)before andafter treatment,use statistical methods to analyze whether thechanges in the above indicators are different,and evaluate thethree The efficacy and safety of the method.Result1.Comparison of the total effective rate of clinical curative effect of patients: the total effective rate of the electroacupuncture group is 70%,that of the Zhengqing Toluo drug group is 73.3%,and the electroacupuncture combined with the Zhengqing Touclear drug group is 92.9%,which are higher than the60.0% effective rate of the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the electroacupuncture combined with the Zhengqing Touyang drug group was higher than that of the simple electroacupuncture and the Zhengqing Touyangdrug group.The Kruskal Wallis test showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of Zhengqing Touyao group was slightly higher than that of acupuncture group,but there was no statistical difference in effectiverate between the two groups(P>0.05).2.In terms of serological indicators,the ESR,CRP,and RFof the three groups of patients after treatment were reduced compared to before treatment,and they were all lower than the western medicine control group,the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).The comparison between the groups showed that the electroacupuncture combined with Zhengqing Touyao group improved the patient’s serum indexes(ESR,CRP,RF)more significantly than the electroacupuncture group and Zhengqing Touyao group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Zhengqing Touyao group improved Serological indicators were lower than those in the electroacupuncture group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).3.In terms of efficacy scores,the VAS pain scores,DAS28 scores and TCM syndrome scores of the three groups of patients after treatment were all lower than those before treatment,andthey were all lower than those of the western medicine control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison between the groups showed that the scores of VASpain score,DAS28 and TCM syndrome score of the electroacupuncture combined with Zhengqing Touyao group were significantly lower than those of the electroacupuncture group and Zhengqing Touyao group(P<0.05).Compared with the electroacupuncture group,the Zhengqing Touyao group improved DAS28 and VAS pain scores more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of TCM syndrome scores,the electroacupuncture group after treatment was better than Zhengqing Touyao The decrease in the group was more significant(P<0.05).ConclusionElectroacupuncture alone,pure Zhengqingfengtongning TCM permeabilization therapy and electroacupuncture combined with Zhengqingfengtongning TCM permeabilization therapy can effectivelyimprove the symptoms and serological indicators of patients with active rheumatoid,but they are similar to the other two methods.Compared with electroacupuncture combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning TCM permeabilization therapy,the advantages in thetreatment of this disease are more obvious and it is worthy of clinical promotion. |
