| In order to explore the furan rearrangement reaction catalyzed by manganese acetate and explore the medicinal value of this reaction,the systematic research of furan rearrangement reaction were carried out in this thesis.By using furan-substituted compounds as the substrate,manganese acetate as catalyst and oxygen as oxidant,the cyclohexene with multifunctional groups can obtain,After optimizing reaction conditions and study on the mechanism,the multifunctional properties of the cyclohexene ketones was used to build compounds with potential pharmacological activity,such as benzofuran derivatives and cage compound.In this paper,multifunctional intermediate compounds were synthesized by using the newly discovered furan rearrangement reaction.The necessary conditions and mechanism of the rearrangement reaction were explored through control experiments,and the scope of the substrates were extended.Benzofuran derivatives and cage compounds were effectively synthesized through this multifunctional intermediate compound.The novel furan rearrangement reaction discovered and explored in this paper has the advantages of easy preparation of raw materials,easy operation,strong applicability,and has potential medicinal value.It also provides a new method and a new idea for the synthesis of benzo furan derivatives. |
