The Effect Of Yiqi Huoxue Fang On Posterior Circulation Ischemic Vertigo (Syndrome Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis)

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue Fang by observing the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Fang on Posterior circulation ischemic vertigo(PC1V)(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis),so as to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of PCIV,improve the symptoms of patients and reduce the recurrence.Methods : According to the principle of randomized control,96 patients with PCIV(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)diagnosed and included in the criteria were selected from outpatients and inpatients in the Department of Neurology and the Department of Geriatrics of Shanxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to a 1:1 ratio,with 48 patients in each group.The control group was given Betastastine Mesylate Tablet orally(6mg Tid);The experimental group was additively treated with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction(water infusion,twice a day)on the basis of the control group.The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks.TCM syndrome score,European Evaluation Vertigoscale(EEV)score,Dizziness Habdicap Inventury-Screening(DHI-S)score,Trananial Cerebral Dpooler(TCD)test results,hemorheological values,safety test results were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Among them,there were 8 cases of abscission and 4 lost.Finally,84 cases were included in the study,42 cases in each group.Results:1.Comparison of baseline indicators: there were no statistical differences in baseline indicators,which were comparable between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: the scores of the two groups decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Efficacy comparison,the effective rate of the treatment group was 85.71%,and that of the control group was 66.67%.The intra-group comparison between the two groups was P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Both Yiqi Huoxue Fang and Betastastine Mesylate Tablet can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,and the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue Fang is more significant.3.Comparison of EEV and DHI-S scores: After treatment,EEV.、DHL-S score in both groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Both Yiqi Huoxue Fang and Betastastine mesylate Tablets could effectively reduce the EEV and DHI-S scores of patients,and the decrease degree of Yiqi Huoxue Fang was more obvious.4.Comparison of blood flow indexes of bilateral vertebral and basilar arteries: after treatment,Systolic peak velocity(Vs)、 Meanglow velocity(Vm)values were increased compared with before treatment(all P <0.05),Pulsation index(PI)values were decreased compared with before treatment(all P <0.05);Compared with the control group,after treatment,the Vs and Vm values of vertebral and basilar arteries in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(both <0.05),and the PI values were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the differences were statistically significant.Both the Yiqi Huoxue Fang and Betastastine Mesylate Tablet could effectively increase the blood flow velocity of bilateral vertebral and basilar arteries,reduce PI value,improve blood supply of bilateral vertebral and basilar arteries,and the Yiqi Huoxue Fang is better in effect.5.Comparison of hemorheological indexes: After treatment,hemorheological indexes of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the reduction degree of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Both Yiqi Huoxue Fang and Betastastus Mesylate Tablet could effectively reduce the hemorheological indexes,the effect of the former was better than that of the latter.6.Comparison of safety indexes: the safety indexes of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were in the normal range,and no adverse reaction events occurred.Conclusion : Yiqi Huoxue Fang and Betastastine Mesylate Tablet orally can effectively improve PCIV patients clinical symptoms,reduce the EEV scale and DHI-S scale score,improve patients with bilateral vertebral and basilar artery blood flow velocity,reduce blood PI values,reduce blood viscosity,improve blood flow and brain blood supply.Yiqi Huoxue Fang is more effective than Betastastine Mesylate Tablet orally,and has better safety and efficacy,so it is suitable for clinical promotion.
