Meta Analysis Of Treatment Of Postcholecystectomy Syndrome With The Method Of Soothing The Liver And Stomach

Objective: This research intends to adopt the method of meta analysis,for the treatment of liver and stomach syndrome after postcholecystectomy syndrome to discuss the clinical curative effect,system evaluation method of soothing the liver and stomach syndrome after treatment of cystic resection clinical curative effect,for the clinical practice of TCM treatment after cystic resection syndrome provides evidence of evidence-based medicine.Methods: referring to the methods of meta analysis,according to the set into and out of the standard Chinese database(CNKI,CBM,VIP,Wang Fang)and English databases(Pub Med)in the published between January 2010 and December 2020,the method of traditional Chinese medicine for liver and stomach treatment of PCS of literature search,select qualified documents,included in the literature to make use of the Cochrane system evaluation manual quality evaluation,and then extract the relevant data,using Revman5.4 software for data statistics analysis,analysis of publication bias.Results: 16 articles were included in this study,were randomized controlled trials,with a total of the number of cases in 1583 cases,the treatment group 848 cases(liver and stomach or cooperate with conventional Chinese medicine,western medicine,commonly used drugs)and control group(735 cases of conventional,western medicine,commonly used drugs).Meta analysis results are as follows:(1)the paper contains 16 treatment group and control group in the statistical analysis of clinical effectiveness,OR = 4.15(95% CI: 3.14,5.49),and the test results of Z = 10.02(P < 0.00001),the treatment group and control group in clinical efficient vary,clinical efficient treatment group was 4.15 times in the control group;(2)7 articles were reported symptoms of treatment group and control group total credit situation,object into a total of 520 cases,260 cases of control group included in the number of cases in the control group included in the number of cases of 260 cases merge SMD = 1.02(95% CI: 1.52,0.52),the test results of Z = 4.00(P < 0.0001),the symptoms of the treatment group and control group total score difference,the symptoms of treatment group total score is lower than the control group;(3)5 documents contain the recurrence rate in treatment group and control group of statistical analysis,into the object of study of 339 cases into treatment group188 examples,the control group included 151 cases,OR = 0.18(95%CI: 0.09,0.36),and the test results for Z = 4.82(P < 0.00001),the treatment group and control group recurrence rate is different,the recurrence rate of treatment group was 0.18 times in the control group;(4)3 reports in the literature plasma gallbladder contraction in treatment group and control group after treatment,decrease the total 234 cases into object,into the treatment group120 cases,114 cases into control group,SMD = 0.92(95% CI: 1.19,0.65),the test results for Z = 6.70(P < 0.00001),indicating that the treatment group and control group of plasma gallbladder contraction difference,suggests that the treatment group in the lower plasma contracting gallbladder element has better curative effect;(5)in 3 references include plasma gastric dynamic element in treatment group and control group after treatment to reduce comparison of object into a total of 234 cases,into the treatment group 120 cases,114 cases into control group,SMD = 2.73(95% CI:4.19,1.27),the test results of Z = 3.67(P = 0.0002 < 0.05),the treatment group and control group of plasma stomach mr.zhou differences,the treatment group in the lower plasma gastric dynamic element has better curative effect.Conclusion: using the method of soothing the liver and stomach treating Postcholecystectomy syndrome,treatment can improve the clinical effectiveness of Postcholecystectomy syndrome,improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate,improve the gastrointestinal hormone CCK,MTL related indicators,and less adverse reactions,clinical safety.
