Discussion On Data Mining Based On Professor Ba Yuanming Study On The Law Of Core Medication In Treating Kidney Stone

Objective: To study the characteristics of drug use,clinical diagnosis and treatment of renal calculi,summarize academic thoughts and characteristics of drug use,in order to provide a certain reference for clinical treatment of renal calculi,and provide relevant theoretical basis for the inheritance and development of academic experience of famous old Chinese medicine.Methods: According to the data of medical records of the patients diagnosed with kidney stones from January 2019 to December 2020,the database was established,and the database was established by the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records(V2.3.5).Through frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis and other statistical methods,the common syndromes and core drug pairs,drug group compatibility rules were analyzed.To sum up Professor Ba Yuanming’s experience in the treatment of renal calculi.Results: This study included 100 patients,More men than women,There are 235 prescriptions,Involving 113 herbs,Total frequency1712,One of the highest frequency of 11 drugs is: Poria cocos,Astragalus,Yellow cypress,Codonopsis,Black medicine,Qu Mai,To save,Money grass,Sea gold sand,Sunflower,Talc;Of all the drugs,The most used diuretic,The second is the pain medication,Activating blood,Moisturizing drugs,Clearing away heat and dampness,Water,swelling,Health,blood,Stagnation and arthralgia medicine;The medicine is the most cold,The second is flat,warm,slightly cold,slightly warm;The five flavors are sweet and bitter,Next is Xin,light,salty;The drugs are more common in lung,kidney,liver,bladder,spleen and stomach,Then according to the heart,small intestine,large intestine,gallbladder pericardium,three-coke sequence frequency decline;Analysis of the sex and age of the 100 cases included,The results were as follows :58 males,42 women,The highest incidence range was 50-59 years old.The distribution of symptoms and signs,tongue,pulse and TCM syndromes in 100 patients was analyzed,The results were as follows: the first 11 symptoms of frequency were increased nocturia,Low back pain,Poor sleep,Fatigue,Stool sticky,Frequent urination,Poor spirit,Urinate,Dry mouth,dry throat,Urinate acerbity pain is unfavorable,The skin is itchy.Tongue to light red tongue,mainly crimson tongue,The tongue coating is mainly thick and yellow.Analysis of TCM syndrome diagnosis,The top 5 were: stone gonorrhea,Chronic renal failure,Low back pain,Slow kidney wind,Renal diseases.Analysis of the prescription used,The top five are Pai Shi 2,Pai Shi 1,No.1,Nurse 7,Shenkang 6.Conclusion: Professor Ba Yuanming believes that the main pathogenesis of renal calculi is deficiency,kidney deficiency,dampness and heat through the beginning and end of the disease,mostly due to dampness and heat accumulation,qi stagnation and blood stasis,the disease is located in the kidney,bladder,mostly involving liver and spleen.Therefore,in the treatment,Professor Ba Yuanming takes clearing heat and dampness,regulating qi,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis as its common method.
