Objective: To investigate the blood homocysteine ??(Hcy),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(CHOL),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),and low-density lipoprotein(LDL)of patients with acute cerebral infarction in Han and Uyghur ethnic groups in Xinjiang)Differences under different subtypes of TOAST.Methods: A total of 98 Han patients(Han group)and 102 Uyghur patients(Uyghur group)of acute cerebral infarction(ACI)were selected to understand the TOAST classification and serum Hcy,TG,HDL,LDL and CHOL indicators of the two groups.Correlation.Analyze the differences in the risk factors of cerebral infarction in the two groups. Results: The Hcy,TG and LDL levels of ACI patients in the Uyghur group were higher than those in the Han group(P<0.05);the CHOL index levels of ACI patients in the Han group were significantly higher than those in the Uyghur group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison of TG,HCY,CHOL,HDL and LDL index of each subtype of TOAST classification in the Han nationality group(P>0.05).There are significant differences in the comparison of LDL levels between the TOAST subtypes of Uyghur patients,CE subtypes and SUE subtypes,LAA subtypes and CE subtypes, and SAA subtypes and SUE subtypes. There are significant differences in LDL levels.(P<0.05);There are significant differences in the TG levels of the TOAST subtypes in the Uyghur group. There are significant differences in the TG levels of CE subtypes and SAA subtypes, and CE subtypes and SUE subtypes(P<0.05)),there was no significant difference among the remaining groups. There were significant differences in the TG,Hcy,CHOL and LDL levels of LAA subtypes between the two groups(P<0.05);there were significant differences in the CHOL levels of CE subtypes between the two groups(P<0.05);The levels of SAA subtype and SUE subtype Hcy,TG,CHOL,HDL,and LDL were not statistically significant after comparison between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion: Under TOAST classification, there are differences in the levels of TG,Hcy,CHOL,HDL and LDL among Han and Uyghur ACI patients.
