The Efficacy Of Thoracoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy Versus Clamping In The Treatment Of Primary Hyperhidrosis:A Meta-analysis

Objective : To compare thoracoscope descending thoracic sympathetic nerve amputation and clipping treatment hyperhidrosis postoperative patients with curative effect,the difference between the postoperative compensatory hyperhidrosis,postoperative recurrence,postoperative satisfaction as an index for evaluation of surgical curative effect of the end,to compare the curative effect of two kinds of operative methods,objectively analyze the pros and cons of two kinds of operation,thus for clinical surgical treatment of primary hyperhidrosis when choosing the appropriate operation to provide certain reference basis.Methods: Using the method of combining the computer retrieval collection building to have been published in February 2020,compare thoracoscope descending thoracic sympathetic nerve amputation AND clipping treatment for primary hyperhidrosis postoperative curative effect AND life quality improvement of related literature,English retrieval(((hyperhidrosis)OR primary hyperhidrosis)OR excessive sweating)AND((((((((sympathectomy)OR sympathotomy)OR resection)OR cutting)OR excision)OR ablate)OR resect)OR resection)AND((((((clip)OR clips)OR clipping)OR clamp)OR clamps)OR clamping).Independently by two researchers of literature filtering,data extraction,with Newcastle,Ottawa(Newcastle-Ottawa Scale,NOS)quality of literature evaluation on the quality of literature evaluation questionnaire,using Rev Man5.3 software Meta analysis study of selected literature data.Results: This article finally into a total of 9 articles were included in the standard.Under the thoracoscope thoracic sympathetic nerve amputation and clipping treatment for primary hyperhidrosis,cut off the postoperative satisfaction is lower than the clip group,the difference statistically significant(RR = 0.93,95% CI(0.89,0.98),P = 0.004 < 0.05].Cut higher incidence of postoperatie compensatory hyperhidrosis clip group,differences statistically significant(RR = 2.62,95% CI(1.55,4.43),P = 0.0003 < 0.05].Cut off the postoperative recurrence rate is lower than the clip group,the difference statistically significant(RR =0.27,95% CI(0.08,0.88),P = 0.03 < 0.05].Conclusion: Thoracoscopy under thoracic sympathetic nerve amputation and clipping treatment for primary hyperhidrosis is one of the more commonly used two kinds of treatment,the incidence of postoperative recurrence of clipping the thoracic sympathetic high amputation,but clipping postoperative satisfaction is higher and the incidence of postoperatie compensatory hyperhidrosis was lower than those of amputation,all results can be inferred by thoracoscope thoracic sympathetic clipping curative effect is better.
