Objective: This study explored the expression of TRPC in the heart and kidney of OSAHS rats by establishing a rat model of intermittent hypoxia(IH).Methods: 18 SD male rats were randomly divided into experimental group(n=9)and control group(n=9).The rats of the experimental group were placed in an intermittent hypoxic chamber from10:00 to 18:00 every day,and the rats of the control group were placed in a normal oxygen chamber.During this period, the surrounding environment was quiet and dark, and the modeling was carried out for 4 weeks.q RT-PCR and WB methods were used to detect the expression of related TRPC m RNA and protein in rat heart and kidney tissues. Results: By q RT-PCR,the expression of TRPC3/4/5 m RNA in the heart of the experimental group was statistically significant compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).The m RNA expression of TRPC1 and TRPC3-7 in the kidney was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05);comparisons between different tissues of the heart and kidney found that the m RNA expression of TRPC7 in the kidney of the control group was statistically higher than that in the heart tissue(P<0.05).WB experiment results showed that the expression of TRPC5 protein in the heart of the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The protein expression of TRPC5/6/7 in the kidney was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In heart tissue,TRPC5 channel is correlated with OSAHS,and TRPC5 is expected to become a new target for drug therapy.
