A Preliminary Discussion On Indocyanine Green Detection Of Sentinel Lymph Node In Endometrial Carcinoma

Objective: to apply indocyanine green(IndocyanineGreen,ICG)to the mapping technique of sentinel lymph node(Sentinel Lymph Node,SLN)in endometrial carcinoma,to explore its clinical value,to reduce the postoperative complications caused by lymph node dissection,to reduce the postoperative pain,to improve the quality of life of patients,and to provide data for establishing the standard of sentinel lymph node dissection in China.Methods: 30 patients with endometrial carcinoma from May 2017 to February 2021 were selected.Results:(1)in 30 patients with endometrial carcinoma,2 patients had metastasis of SLN.(2)A total of 30 patients with endometrial carcinoma detected a total of SLN162,mainly distributed in the external iliac region and obturator area.(3)among the 28 patients,2 cases were pathologically diagnosed as SLN metastasis by SLN,and no NSLN metastasis was found in the rest.Therefore,the accuracy,sensitivity and negative predictive value of SLN were 93.33%(28pm 30),100%(2max 2)and 26 ppm respectively.Conclusion:(1)ICG tracer SLN is safe in patients with endometrial carcinoma.(2)ICG has a higher detection rate for SLN than other tracers.
