| Objective: To investigate the effect of 99 mTc thiocolloid combined with methylene blue tracer biopsy in breast mammary sentinel lymph nodes. Methods: A total of 246 patients with early breast cancer who were initially diagnosed and treated were confirmed to have breast cancer by puncture pathology. Each patient was injected with methylene blue and 99 mTc thiocolloid dual tracer before operation /*to look for sentinel lymph nodes in the internal breast area and axillary sentinel nodes Based on the number of IM-SLNs detected, the effect of the two tracing methods in breast mammary sentinel lymph node biopsy(IM-SLNB)was analyzed. Results: The success rate of IM-SLN tracing of methylene blue in 246 patients was 17.5%(43/246),and the success rate of axillary sentinel lymph node was 100%(246/246).The success rate of IM-SLN with99 mTc sulfur colloidal tracing was 75.2%(185/246),and the success rate of axillary sentinel lymph node was 100%(246/246).The success rate of IM-SLN dual tracking of methylene blue and 99 mTc sulfur colloid was 17.5%(43/246),and the axillary sentinel lymph node was 100%(246/246).The success rate of 99 mTc sulfur colloidal tracing in the inner breast area was significantly higher than that of methylene blue, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The success rate of IM-SLNB for breast cancer using 99 mTc sulfur colloidal tracing is high, while the success rate of IM-SLN for methylene blue tracing is low.The combination of the two did not increase the detection rate of IM-SLN in the internal breast area. Both have high success rates, and the methylene blue tracer IM-SLN is not an ideal tracer. |
