Analysis Of Curative Effect Of Type Ⅰ Tympanoplastyunder Otoendoscope

Objective: To investigate the curative effect of endoscopic tympanoplasty I(ETP I)in the treatment of tympanic membrane perforation,and to study whether the effect of two kinds of tympanic membrane repair materials(tragus perichondrium,Tragus Cartilage perichondrium complex)in the treatment of tympanic membrane repair is different.Methods: 50 patients with tympanic membrane perforation due to various reasons in our department were selected.All patients underwent type I tympanoplasty under Otoendoscope.The operation time was from October 2018 to March 2021.Among these patients,49 cases were tympanic membrane perforation caused by chronic suppurative otitis media(CSOM)and 1 case was traumatic tympanic membrane perforation,The patients were divided into two gro ups according to the different materials of tympanic membrane repair.Group a used Tragus Cartilage as repair material,and group B used Tragus Cartilage perichondrium complex as repair material.All patients need to be followed up after operation.First,the average hearing and average air bone conduction difference of patients after operation were compared with those before operation,and then according to the different grouping conditions,The average hearing,average air bone conduction difference and tympanic membrane healing rate of the two groups were compared with those before operation,and the postoperative pain and other indicators of the two groups were compared.Results: The age,gender and preoperative average hearing of patients in group A and group B were compared and analyzed,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The postoperative average hearing,air bone conduction difference and tympanic membrane healing of patients were compared with the corresponding preoperative indicators,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The above indicators were grouped and compared again,P < 0.05,The difference was statistically significant,and then the above indicators were compared between the groups,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,the postoperative pain of the two groups were compared,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion: 1.Type I tympanoplasty under Otoendoscope can achieve good results in the treatment of simple tympanic me mbrane perforation;2.Tra gus Cartila ge perichondrium comple x and tragus peric hondrium are reliable materia ls for tympanic membrane repair.
